Antoinette Brownlee gave me excellent Five Star Service.

The sales associate Aiden was so helpful. I had to troubleshoot a few items to get what I needed for my project, and he helped me every step of the way. He made me feel like I made a good decision coming to The Home Depot and spending my money there. Pls do thank Aiden. Customer service is such a blessing, but it's not always well done. But it was well done at this visit.

I have recently brought Paint at Home Depot, the lady who was physically handicapped never shown any signs of it and went above and beyond to guide me and help me, else I would have purchased more than 1 paint, and was very supportive of my DIY work at my home.

Always a pleasure to shop in this store

There are so many people in this store that are eager to help customers. I needed help many times in various departments and did not have to go on a search to find assistance.

Lou the greeter was very courteous and friendly. He proactively asked me if I needed help. He had knowledge of all my items and where they were located in the store. He is a "above and beyond" employee.

I recently went to Home Depot to purchase products for a pressure washing project. Antonette was extremely helpful in ensuring I purchased the products that would fit the need for the project. My customer was very pleased with the results of my job.

On a recent project that needed a fair amount of materials I contacted the Pro Desk at the Brookwood Home Depot for product info, pricing, availability, and eventually purchase and delivery. The level of service that I received over the course of the project, from the initial contact to the final delivery was simply outstanding. The Pro Desk service team were thoughtful and responsive, paid careful attention to detail, and were vital to the project success. it was a pleasure!

This store has very poor customer service in checkout and no intend to help load the items in vehicle.

(Queen) Victoria at return desk was nasty, rude and unhelpful. When picking up orders I observed her poor attitude toward other customers and went out of my way to avoid her. Unfortunately she interjected herself during my return of items. Removing Victoria from customer interactions and improving the return policy would improve the situation. Home Depot stole from me when the cashier failed to refund me for an item I recently purchased from Home Depot.

Ms. KT at the customer service counter was very helpful with my returns.

They don’t have enough employees that are doers that get things done. Getting a single employee to just cut a piece of wood takes an act of Congress. Train more people to operate a saw. It’s not rocket science.

Shopping experience was a breeze..

Waited for 20 minutes at the panel saw for help. The employees that walked by and actually acknowledged me while I waited told me “someone will be by to help shortly”, but nothing. It took walking to the front of the store and being visibly upset to get help. I’ve been to this location dozens of times because of the convenience of the location but the service in the lumber department is generally underwhelming. I think it’s time to start going elsewhere.
