Our little town has been blessed by our Home Depot. People love shopping and working there. Friendly, fun, safe and knowledgeable employees. If an employee doesn’t know something, they will find someone who does and bend over backwards to help you out. Smaller than other Home Depot’s but as they say, ”tiny but mighty!” Always a pleasant and welcoming experience every time I walk through the doors.

I went into the store a bit lost and with a list. Employees made me feel important as they greeted me, and they took all the time needed to help me. They helped by finding things on my list quickly and answered all my questions. I left feeling I had accomplished something, and it didn't take long.

The items that I bought were decently priced.

Cashier explained to me I could save $25 if I open a Home Depot account so I did. So my plant stand I bought was actually free. This happened 2 days ago, will pay off remaining bill, $14.76. Than no interest. Thank you Nina for taking the time to explain everything. Always like to save money.

I shop there all the time I’m a contractor and I use their products quite often

I had a bad experience at another Home Depot store, in Brighton Michigan, and this Owosso Home Depot made the wrong the other store did completely right. Manager Victoria and cashier Laken went entirely out of their way to make this right.

I am not young offer of help picking and loading would be helpful I still like this store clean friendly help

The cashier Corinne is the single greatest home depot employee I have ever met, her presence alone makes the trip that much more worth it. Her bubbly personality and quick wit never fails to bring a smile to our faces

Before I shop I go online and find out exactly where the item is I'm looking for. Online lets you know the exact spot something is and how many they have on hand.

Took guy saw that I was looking at air nailer and told me about a combo pack that had a damaged box. It was already down like 40%. He said he’d take another $30 off. The cashier actually raised it to $40 off!!

It is so nice to know you can go there and get the exact products you want. If you bought something and loved it and want more, you can go get that same product not a “ as good as” product.

The workers at this store are very helpful and knowledgeable about what the items are and where they are no matter what section they are mainly in. I was also very please with my checkout experience Cashier Priscilla made my checkout very quick and easy.

I have been using this location for a year now and I am always impressed with the quality of customer service I experience here. This location has the most friendly, customer centric employees of any Home Depot that I have visited. Who ever does the hiring and training should be commended. Job well done everyone!

On my recent visit 2 employees went above and beyond to help me decide on a couple things. Ken in flooring talked me through the different types of flooring and was able to keep me in my budget. He also helped match a throw rug to the flooring. Sumer in appliances helped me match my new flooring to a new counter top. Counter tops is not her department, but she was happy to help out. I needed a woman's point of view for the matching. I'm very happy with the decision i made with her help.

home depot has everything you'll need

I brought a washing machine and it is junk and this store will not return it after me having it for 8 days. the manager at this owosso mi store (Joe) is a total JERK

We enjoy shopping at this Home Depot. The store is clean and organized, with plenty of in-stock merchandise and a large variety of products. The employees are friendly and helpful.

We recently began shopping for windows for our new home. We had some pretty negative experiences just trying to find someone that could even begin to discuss windows, including another Home Depot location. We had talked with Jeanie last winter about some windows. So, we went back and talked to her. It was like winning the window salesperson jackpot. She is VERY knowledgeable about the various brands, she spent hours working with us to make sure we were getting the doors and windows we wanted, which also included two customized windows for the kitchen. I hope Home Depot realizes what a great asset to their company they have in Jeanie. Good salespeople are hard to find.
