Much Aloha goes out to to the managers and workers at the Centennial Parkway Home Depot. Visiting from Hawaii we planned on doing some shopping, before flying back, for our Lahaina ohana who lost everything in the fire. Went to Home Depot to purchase some supplies that were out of stock on Oahu and asked if we could get some kind of discount on those supplies since it was being donated to help families that had lost everything, I think we talked to Edward who then introduced us to his manager Jason. Long story short, we left with more than what we went for at no cost to us, Mahalo Nui to Jason, MonJa, Alma, Kim, Matt, and Phil, for your kind and generous donations, we can’t express how truly grateful we are!

the people working at this store were very friendly and helpful. they know the products they are selling. and the young woman at the returns register knew exactly how to process my refund to my credit card. She got someone to help me find the right smoke alarm for my house.. i didnt ask her to do that she voluntarily got James in Electrical to help me. thank you again. unfortunately.. i cant remember her name.

Enrique, Emily and Jason are the best. If you want great service at a great store, shop here and ask for either Enrique, Emily or Jason. They will go over and beyond in trying to assist you in finding whatever you need. Enrique is in the Pro Xtra department. Emily is at the check out and Jason is the manager. Excellent customer service!!

I am a handyman in NW Las Vegas and have visited this location on hundreds of occasions. It doesn’t matter what time, or day, I continue to have employees go over and above to help me with our project. As any handyman/contractor understands, you hate making multiple trips in a given day, but i always leave with a smile after leaving this HD. Big love to my friends Don and Edward who have gone over and above on numerous occasions to help me.

In addition to product serviceability and access, the customer service representative was top notch. A company can have the best products and excellent prices, but the representative helping the customer closes the deal, and Home Depot has the best. closers ie...Musette!!!!

If you have any issues with Home Depot Polices or need any help with loading up your car.find Allexis. She is not only friendly and helpful, but knows her stuff.

Alec at the return counter was very rude. My wife and I greeted him but he continued to talk to his co worker and provided no acknowledgment. When greeted again and called by his name he still didn’t say anything but had time to correct me and how to pronounce his name correctly. He was very rude and arrogant.

I had been to 3 or 4 different hardware stores looking for these specific glove clips. Walked into the store carrying my 2 year old and walked up 2 an employee and was immediately greeted with a big smile and was asked what he could help me with. I told him I had 2 questions, 1st was (pointing to the gloves he was currently wearing) if the store carried these specific plastic clips that secure you're gloves to your clothes/belt/ safety vest ect. He said unfortunately not and before he even finished his sentence he reached onto his side that wasn't visible to me and handed me the exact clip I was asking for and said "Hey man these clips are kinda hard 2 find, take mine" I immediately said absolutely not, but Thank You for the gesture, he informed me that his name was Jason and he was the store manager and that he had another one and 2 please take it. I thanked him and also asked him where I could find the premium foil duct tape and he didn't tell me an isle #, he literally stopped what he was doing and walked me to the isle to what I was looking for. I thanked him again so much for giving me this clip and told him that I was a miner working on the TBM drill underneath the strip and how much that clip helped me out with my profession and he responded "Hey man wait here a second, I have another clip that is more heavy duty let me go and grab it 4 you". It has been a long time since I have experienced someone going so far out of their way 2 help someone out just out of the goodness of their heart and that's Exactly what I experienced with Jason, I can 100% see why he is a manager. Over a maybe $4 plastic glove clip, He made a customer for life and changed my entire day. Thank You Again Brother -Justin Cimino

Horrible customer service at the desk all the ladies didn’t care and just kept chatting when customers needed help.

Kim and all the team in carpet section was very helpful to answer my questions. I had a unique situation where I wanted to split my purchase in two cards- Home depot credit card and my other credit card as the purchase amount was more than the Home Depot credit card limit. While doing this I changed my mind and decided to increase the credit limit on my home depot card instead. Kim was very patient and reached out to a different department that could help me. My limit was increased and I was able to complete the purchase with 24 month interest free financing.

This location has a great garden selection, I would say probably the best in Northwest Las Vegas

I visited the Pro Desk and was assisted by Rebecca and Michelle! Wow! I was thrilled to be assisted by their friendly and knowledgable demeanor! They spent a lot of time with me and made several calls to ensure I was purchasing the correct items for my project! Kuddos to Rebecca, Michelle and Home Depot! Amazing!!

We have Home Depots closer to our home, but we prefer shopping at this one because it seems to be better managed - it is generally, clean, organized, stocked and staffed.

Everyone at this store goes out of there way to help led by their store manager Jason who went out of his way to help me with my firewood. He helped me find the right wood and then shower me how much to buy. He also helped me by cutting the starter wood into a bunch of pieces so I didn't have to waste money on buying multiple blocks. He went out of his way to provide and exceptional experience and refused a tip for his efforts. He was a great guy overall. On top of that the other employees who helped us find charcoal and then checkout were also pleasant and helpful. I love how they actually go with you to find the item and then advise you until you buy something. That's definitely something missing at most other stores.

I went to this Home Depot because I needed to paint my window shutters. Brad, in the Paint Dept. was the BEST. He got my paint color matched, showed me what I would need AND explained how to use the tools. He was so helpful and I was able to successfully and easily paint my shutters. A HUGE Thank you to Brad at Home Depot on 7881 W Tropical Parkway, Las Vegas, NV 89149!
