The store is clean. Staff are helpful. Prices are usually slightly better than other big box stores. I go to a lot of different stores and mostly buy from Home Depot.

I regularly use the Charleston Home Depot for pick up orders and in store purchases. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. I enjoy coming to the store and I generally prefer the items Home Depot carries, particularly Husky tools, or the price of items. Many thanks!

This store is staffed with excellent employees from management on down. Bob and Ralph and all the people at the pro desk especially. They are always on the ball to answer I. Questions and concerns.

I always hand the clerk my veteran's ID card, but they often fail to give me the discount. Where other stores can adjust the billing of my credit card to correct an error, Home Depot employees say they can't. The only solution for them is to drive all the way back to the store, return the purchase, get the refund, then ring it up with correct amount. That is primitive and a waste of time and gas. They do not stock top name brand LED bulbs and they remove garden seeds way too early in the year.

Mary was phenomenally friendly and helpful. I have shopped at Lowe’s and Home Depot many times purchasing things for projects for business and personal use over the past 3 years. This was the first time I had heard about the Pro account. I’m thankful she took the time to help me!

We went to buy lumber, etc. for our deck replacement. It is a great place to go if you want pleasant, helpful people assisting you. We have earlier bought other decking supplies which we had delivered. That was also a good experience.

Currently I am retired from a career in health care. When I walk in a store that specializes in home improvement (a topic which I know nothing about & have no related skills) I am always intimidated. Every time I have shopped here, I have found the staff to be friendly, professional, & helpful. With each visit I have been lucky enough to have encountered staff who were not only knowledgeable, but eager to share their knowledge with an obvious novice such as myself.

Store was staffed by friendly & helpful people, not pushy. Store was clean & well organized & marked very well by departments.

We purchased a few items and two the employee Amanda helped us explaining how to use. I wish we could have more like her at all stores.

I was shopping for a new Thermostat for my Garage. I chose a premium Nest Thermostat. In the isle they require you to take a slip to the register to get the item. The cashier bagged the item once pulled for me. After getting home found it to be a already opened and poorly resealed with scotch tape. I am disappointed that this item would ever be sold for retail price since they are paired to accounts and would be a nightmare to setup if I had chosen to do so. I called the Store and the representative seemed to have the attitude of nothing is wrong with this. I was then asked what do want to do? Um shouldn't this be where a associate should try to make it right? I guess not with the Charleston Store

Jordan in plumbing was extremely helpful with the purchase of bathroom items!!

I was there today needing a certain extension cord in the yellow color that I had seen online and it was on the very top rack when we got there still on the pallet and Justin went and got the lift machine and he went up there and opened one box and got one out for us it was $25 lower than the other store so that was awesome.

Every single employee (manager, cashiers and others) are very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere in this particular store is very inviting. We were treated with respect and will definitely be shopping here instead of other home improvement establishments!

Karen did a fine job helping me choose my hot water tank along with a young man, I can't remember his name but he spent a lot of time helping me choose the right tank. Karen made it easy for me with the financing and didn't just disappear like so much other employees do these days. I still believe quality store employees are worth their weight in gold and they were golden for me that day.

Had a very pleasant experience when I bought a Maytag dryer at this Home Depot! The salesperson Jonathan was so polite, kind and knowledgeable! I had stopped on my way home after working overtime. I knew exactly which dryer I wanted and Jonathon was quick and efficient. Will definitely go back to this store to get a new washing machine soon!
