I like your store. I wish you would put one in at the Upper Kanawha Valley in Kanawha county. We have a mall that has shut down at Quincey. I wish you would look into it and open a store here. We need you, In this area we lost our Magic Mart, Kroger's,as well as 84 Lumber. So when we have to buy anything that we need we go to Kanawah city or South Ridge. So i hope you look into this. Many of our friends feel like we do. So please just think about this.

The products that were out of stock at Lowe’s we in stock at this store and had choices for those items.Store was clean. Five stars.

Associates there are consistently friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, often going above and beyond to help customers.

Would not recommend, employees are inept and unwilling to provide adequate assistance and are unfamiliar with store policies or how to assist customers. Today’s shopping experience reinforces why I shop at Lowe’s.

I stopped on my way to work and bought a Christmas tree. Andrew the associate who helped me was excellent! He not only lifted the heavy tree from the shelf and put it in my cart, he helped me with self checkout and then took the tree to my SUV and put it in the hatch for me! He was kind, courteous and friendly! I will definitely be back at this Home Depot for more Christmas shopping because of the Customer Service I received!

Jordan assisted me in the purchase of a new washer and dryer. He was knowledgeable about the products and went through what I would need. He did a great job!

I had a very pleasant experience when I shopped here yesterday. The employees were friendly and helpful. If I had a question there was an employee always close by. Everything I went in to buy was there and they had plenty of products on the shelves.

I went to this store looking for a specific item that was on sale. Three employees went out of their way to help me locate this item. Tracey, Brianna, and Ethan looked diligently until they located the item and brought it to me. Great customer service.

This specific HD is generally good about having plenty of stock and everything you need. The store is always kept clean and neat.

I have made several large purchases from this store and have always been met with friendly and helpful service.

bad experience shopping here, probably won't be back. Placed an online order because the site said they had items available for same day pickup. My order never got pulled so I canceled to just go get myself and check out. They didn't even have a shelf spot for the items I tried to order. I asked an associate if he could help me find the items and he told me since it was an online order he couldn't help me find the items in the store. I wasted nearly an hour and a half to not end up getting what I needed with no help from staff.

Great customer support from Joanna! It makes you feel good when you are truly treated like a valued customer. I will continue to shop at this Home Depot location due to the good customer service!

I was at the Charleston store found what I was looking for I have a breathing problem in the young lady stopped and help me load the cart take me to the cash register help me check out took the product to the car for me and loaded it in the car for me.it was a pleasure shopping there friendly faces smiles on their faces and thanked me for shopping at home Depot.
