Last week we went to this location to buy 500 lbs of rocks. Upon arrival at 5:58 PM we were disappointed to find the garden center gates were locked. However, the sign posted on those gates clearly suggested the hours were 8AM-8PM. Loading 500 lbs onto a cart, through the entire store, back to our truck parked at the garden center and into the bed of our truck is a daunting task for a 60+ year old man.

We have had a project going on for a while and they always have everything we need.

Always great sales items on the isles. I don't think I've ever came into the store without something catching my eye in the isle, usually purchasing it. Today i came in for a mailbox and bought these. Didn't know i needed these till i saw them on the isle, one for me and my wife

Home Depot Clear Lake Shores is a great place to shop and friendly staff. But due to recent rash of store thefts, they've locked up tools and lawn equipment behind bars. So grab a store associate prior, if you're buying something large/expensive.

Brooke is the absolute best. We love every time we get to see her. Hands down the best.

I prefer to shop at the Kemah Home Depot as the staff are always friendly and helpful. I have even gotten assisstance loading at 15 minutes until closing time which is a rarity these days.

One employee took me to an item I was looking for and he actually hustled over to where it was with me. Then my cashier was very pleasant and helpful even though I was in self checkout.

I was quickly running in to get a couple items and a cashier forced me to take a survey by telling me to pull out my phone and put yes for every single question. She then questioned me about what I put in the survey. Very uncomfortable situation and would not return to this home depot!

We recently started remodeling our house and have had to run to HD many many times and each time the items have been in stock. Employees have been willing and happy to help if needed (and yes I needed help when in a hurry). Using the app to shop in the store helps you find your items so you aren’t wandering around wasting time. Self Checkout is a breeze and most of the time an employee helps you checkout even faster. Returns are easy as purchasing an item and the returns department do it with a smile! They do not act like their job is a drag which makes the process so much easier.

Brooke in the garden center was very friendly and helpful. Best experience I've had in a long time at a Home Depot. Even though I'm not from the area and probably won't be back for a long time, I was treated like I was like I was a frequents customer

We have been so pleased with The Home Depot in Clear Lake Shores! While selling one house and renovating another, we have spent a lot of time here. The employees have been super helpful! We appreciate all the time they have spent with us answering questions and finding solutions!

We purchased an Electrolux front loader washing machine and absolutely love it! To top it off we had the best Appliance Specialist, Steven Pate. He was very knowledgeable and we did not feel pressured by him to purchase anything. I love my new washer and will definitely go back to the Home Depot at Clear Lake Shores if I need to purchase anymore appliances.

I had to return a small piece of plywood and tool, and employee "Robert" was the fastest process I've seen yet.
