Oh Christian where do I start, I walk in the store and I see this beautiful young man. He served me up and gave me the stuff for free and told me not to tell his boss

Today I was in home depot buying a few bags of sand and landscaping rock. As I was Proceeding to self check out an associate by the name of Deborah. Ask me if I was checking out, I Reply yes to her, and she directed me to walk to the end of the store to check out at cash register. When I asked why she said it was easy for me to check out down there. I said to this associate that no one is in self checkout so why would I have to walk all the way down the end of the store. So after I made my purchase I ask to speak to a Manager. as to my surprise this woman Deborah was a so-called manager so when I explained to her what she did, she denied everything and then I asked to speak to someone else once a Manager by the name of Sean came along. At the time I didnt know this womens name and when I ask for the associates name he refused to give it to me and told me that they will deal with it in house. Then I asked again and Sean told me that I can take his name and make the complaint because all I was doing was trying to cause trouble. At this point I saw the game that was being played trying to cover up the situation. I guess they thought I was just going to work away and just brush it off. So I requested the name again and told them that I will be making a formal complaint to corporate in regards to this because no one deserves to be treated like this.

I had a great experience at colonia NJ Home Depot . I was having problem with my Home Depot Card at self check with card chip error. Irene a sales associate was very helpful she cheerfully took me to another register and patiently assisted me with transaction. I was able to make my purchase and she also very professionally assisted other customers . I had a great shopping experience and will definitely shop at Home Depot again. She reminded me to come back for spring flowers and definitely will as I have a garden in my backyard . I started my garden with Jone Depot flowers . Really love shopping at Home Depot

Terrible service . Front desk and cashiers all try to send you back and forth to each other until your aggravated and leave

I interacted with a particular employee, I believe an older gentleman by the name of Leo, in the Tool Rental Department. I was in desperate need of a main line clean out tool, due to a Sewer back up :-(. Not only did he take the time to assist me with the right tool for the job but he also gave me insight into what I should expect while using the tool. I really appreciated the fact that he took the time out to understand my issue fully and then provide the best tool for me. Great interactions like this is what creates repeat business. Thanks again Leo!

If you meet Alice, you’ll know, she’s just one of those people with an endlessly cheerful attitude and positive outlook. She had me smiling from start to finish and poured out how I could save $150!!! You’ll be lucky if you get to meet her.

I always enjoy going to Home Depot in Colonia, NJ. There are always interesting seasonal items on display when you walk into the store, and I always find what I am looking for on the shelves. It is always worthwhile to shop there.

I was returning 2 pkgs of vinyl planking. Rich was in the parking lot finishing w/another customer. I called out to him for help. He loaded the heavy pkgs onto flatbed and continued into store to do my return. He was great..pleasant and accommodating.

Enjoy shopping at this store. Employees are always very friendly and helpful.

Nothing wrong with people looking for work, but 30 plus men standing in front of the store everyday is a bad look. Any woman alone waking in the store might feel a little intimated and it’s just a sloppy setup. It should be limited to the first 10 guys who show up . Not to mention it’s all cash being exchanged , no taxes being paid and no one has insurance . Everything the State of NJ wants licensed contractors to do .

Always shop at Colonia HD. I was very impressed this passed Spring when they had an organized line for cars to pick up their mulch order, with plenty of strong employees to load cars up for the customers. I had returned to the store two more times to purchase more mulch because the process was so easy, especially for a woman who can’t lift those heavy mulch bags!

During an extreme heat wave, the store was short staffed. The gift card in question was zero due to theft. Two employees went above and beyond to get this issue resolved. Wendy Tamburro And Joe Salvato

VERY CLEAN AND ORGANIZED STORE

I always use this Home Depot as it’s right around the corner and I’ve never been disappointed in any of my quick or lengthy trips (I can be quite the in depth shopper lol). On our last trip we bought a washer and dryer set and I wanted to give a shout out to the employee who helped us because Sheena was fantastic. As busy as it was for her, you’d not have known it. Back to back appliance sales and she completed them all efficiently and wonderfully. My boyfriend and I left in great moods knowing our setup was coming in soon, and armed with all the information we needed to know. So if you see this Ms Sheena, thank you again! Also, when I was originally looking through appliances a week or so ago, there was another gentleman who not only helped with talking about appliances but also let me know I had really great fly traps in my cart and he was absolutely right.. I grabbed two more while I was there and have been back for even more lol. So if you’re reading this sir, thank you for a memorable trip as well!

This store has many mature workers who take their time with you and assist you with the whole project you came in to pick up and or get information about better than others I have shopped

I go to the store every week and the lumber supply that i get are great, the wood is selected correctly and the large sheets are cut perfect.

I simply went to make a few returns, and I've been there where the person working appears to drag things out forever. Not the case with Dave! He was polite, nice, and efficient. Helped me get on my way and pointed me in the right direction for the things I needed next. I wish everybody working at home improvement stores was like this!

I shop here often and always find the employees try to be helpful which is very much appreciated.
