Do not buy the Rusto Spray Cans sold at Home Depot... they are complete trash. I uses a lot of spray paints for what I do, and these cans are nothing but problems, use once and then the rest of the can will not spray... I've tried everything... Went with Behr this time, works like a dream.

Good service. Workers try to help you solve your buying needs. Will search store to find what you need. Good advice when you ask. Mgr. Irene always willing to go extra yard help you find what product you were looking for.

This particular day, I was met by an amazing guy named Blake who walked with me and helped me with my questions about a product I needed for outside. Realizing we needed additional help, John stepped in and showed me just what I needed. Then I was met by a superb cashier who did those little extras that not only helped, but simply made the experience personal and appreciated. I usually shop at another HD, but that experience has indeed made it easy for me to come to the Colonia Home Depot going forward. Even an experience the following day when I needed an item to fix a window treatment. Everyone takes time, is patient, helpful and knowledgeable.

Colonia store hand what I need online and ordered it. Another local store said they had the product but they really didn't so the order had to be canceled.

The questions I was asking showed that I was not mechanically inclined, store employees would over hear me talking to to my wife and come up with various scenarios on how I can achieve my goals

This store's employees are always very polite and helpful. All of the departments offer a great selection to choose from. Prices are competitive, and the store offers a very fair price match policy.

The name and the things you need for home appliances is the right place

Irene was the front end manager at the Colonia store, a great manager to have representing the front end. The first and last person you want to run into. You need someone that is friendly and helpful and has that "customer service" and willingness to help, that is Irene! I would definitely go there above all other stores because customer service is what matters when you shop anywhere during these times. It is not only what you buy but how you are treated!

The best store in the area. LaToya the cashier is the best cashier I have ever dealt with. Very friendly and professional.

Very good staff and they beyond their duties to help customers and I personally received a good service from them.

I came to exchange a defective Ryobi pressure washer bought on 7/8/20. The customer service rep said it will need a manager approval. The manager ART came and without even getting details about the issue states he was not going to do anything “the computer said no” “thank you for your business and have a great day” his sarcasm and lack of customer service shows how Home Depot only cares about making money and not keeping customers. I am a pro account customer who spends at least $15,000 monthly and this how I got treated.

The place was a jungle , one PRO check out,RUDE superviser Mrs Marrery(or similar). HD workers all over the place but no one to help , People fighting to find out where the mile long PRO line was. And the Manager JEFF was found in the back doing God knows what , a completely rude , violent individual that really had no peoples skills and really really didnt give a crap about what was going on. A shame for the company.

The store had what I needed, but I noticed several employees and outside vendors NOT wearing masks.

Entered through the entrance door marked “Entrance”. Was rudely stopped by an employee who said I could not go in that way. I replied the doors are marked “Enter”. His reply which was in a nasty tone, “Well if you could read, this is curbside pick up”. I saw no signage that indicated that, only the “entrance” signage. I noted the name on his store apron as “Mr. Steve”, he was a large bald man wearing a scowl on his face which was easy to see as he was not wearing a mask, nor did I see one on his person anywhere. Not sure what his issue was but if personal, he needs to leave it at home. Once inside it was just kinda of ironic as how the customers were held to strict Covid-19 measures, measures that “Mr. Steve” felt didn’t pertain to him. I have been trying to support all the businesses I can during this Covid shutdown, I saw the adds from Home Depot and thought I would give them support. After today’s experience, I will stick to doing business with their competitors.

Excellent Customer service. I found the item i was looking for here. i couldn't find it in the 11 locations i visited in past 2 days. Thank you thank you !

The associates were extremely helpful and kind. Especially Tami. She had a huge smile and extremely friendly to all the customers.

Nice well maintain and clean with most of product available, friendly associate and good customer service.

Store access due to the virus issues is a pain in bottom. You enter at contractors area in order to go to the garden center only to find out you have to go back out walk all the way around again to stand in line again to get into garden area. How about a sign instructing people before they have to go through this like I had to. Also the check in people for line going in, not wearing masks properly. Its suppose to cover both nose and mouth, and not just the chin.

In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic employees will come and stand right next to you. Social distancing is NOT a priority at this store.

This store works for us, it has the basics we need for suburban house and lawns. It is less then 2 miles from home and can get in & out easily.

If you are a senior citizen please do not go to this store because the customer service at this location is absolutely non-existent. You be bette off going to another location where the staff actually cares about it's customers and likes to help them.

Overall the store is good .. just need to work on the cell phones usage...

For me shopping in these huge stores, the staff , store workers, so far of all the branches that I been through . This branch of THD in Colonia , NJ is the best. Eventhough there is one near my home. This branch in Colonia , nj . No mistake 5 STAR for them.
