The water heater that I ordered to my local store arrived with damage. Luckily a store within an hour's drive had one that met my needs even though it was a different model. Customer service was very helpful and professional.

Home Depot in Covington is amazing! And the entire team there is helpful and knowledgeable!

Spent probably 10 minutes or more in line to purchase two items because they only had one cashier. She was also rude. The screen asked if I would like an emailed version of my reciept and I clicked yes. Screen said nothing further so I mention this to the cashier. She snaps at me. I never recieved an emailed reciept. Hardly any items in stock compared to other stores. Items that are in stock are in poor quality.

This is by far my favorite store to shop for anything! I wish grocery and other retail stores would come here for employee training. I drive an hour to buy my home improvement items because I love this store so much!

Shout out to a wonderful associate by the name of Jessica in the paint department. She was cheerful, knowledgeable, and willing to answer all my questions about my paint project I am working on. 10/10 experience

Went to purchase items and warranty out a pair of husky side cutters was treated poorly by two different employees at the customer service desk. I should mention the cashier tried to help but checked with them to find out how to do warranty. Customer service told me they can’t help me I have to contact manufacture. I tried to explain to both customer service people Home Depot is the owner / manufacturer of husky tools was treated like I was an idiot despite the warranty notice on the package itself. I demanded they call corporate guess they called the store manager and then they proceeded to warranty out the tool finally after treating me a US Veteran and a person than spends thousands every year here like complete crap and wasting my valuable time

Can never find help in the lumber yard. Materials stocked in wrong spot. Once I did find help he said oh we don’t stick 8 ft 2x4s so we put that there.

Chris Hackett is the most helpful and well informed employee at this location.

Excellent Staff, Friendly Environment, Quick In & Out

Good associates are REALLY good. Bad associates are REALLY bad. Cashier haggled about a $20 difference in price that was clearly marked. Associates can discount $50 without manager approval. This associate was clearly being problematic. Used wrong delivery location after multiple discussions of the correct address. Suggested I travel 45 minutes away to intercept a delivery and transport it myself. Requested delivery only with signature. Driver attempted to deliver WITHOUT signature at the wrong location.

Got everything loaded but the loading area was totally messed up because 2 old ladies were being helped loading a refrigerator and dishwasher by 4 employees right in the middle of the exit area in the lumber area. there was plenty of room to the side they could have had her pull over to be loaded but they just stood there like they were lost. Finally another customer helped to get it loaded. He and I (plus 4 trucks behind me) waited for 28 minutes before we got to the gate to purchase our loads. This is total unacceptable. in my book. I would have left but was blocked in, as everyone else was.

The employees went the second mile to help me in the store. Got just what I needed.

I was looking for a specific dresser peice and was able to find it!

They offered me an upgrade on a lawn mower after the one I was there originally to buy wouldn't start. Everything about the shopping experience was great! I will definately be back!

I recently purchased a Samsung Washer/Dryer set from this location. Our last set lasted 15 yrs & survived 4 moves before we decided to replace them. I'd shopped online for weeks - narrowed it down to 2 sets- but wanted to check the store's "On Sale" floor display-SO GLAD I DID! The perfect set was there and it was an additional $300 off!

Angelia was very helpful in getting us checked out. We could have waited for the next available cashier but when she asked if we needed assistance & I told her we were just waiting to check out, she immediately took us to another register & checked us. She was very friendly & thanked us for shopping there. It is difficult to find someone as customer oriented as she was in today’s world.

I bought a fire pit. They were super kind and helpful! One of the employees carried it out for me!

We came into home depot today for one simple item. We were greeted multiple times with wide smiles and “good mornings”. Every employee we walked past made sure to ask if we needed help. Cashier Jon was wonderful and friendly and genuinely cared if we were having a good day. My husband and I both agreed we’d only ever shop her for home projects just because of how friendly the staff was. A smile makes a big difference!!

I am always greeted when entering. I am always thanked for shopping here. Associates are always eager to help. They are always friendly.

I got a call this evening that my brother's truck was stolen along with my mother's house keys. I immediately went to Home Depot to get them new locks for all their doors. See I'm a nurse and know how to explain how to get your blood pressure under control, but have no idea about door knobs. Thomas, one if the stuff, lead me to exactly where I needed to go. Explained the difference between which ones, he answered my questions professionally. Jon the cashier was friendly and greeted me with a smile. After a stressful day that was a huge plus.

A worker using a cart ask d if I would like it since I was carrying some flowers. She removed her items and went on. I didn’t have to ask and she was already using the cart. Wow! At the paint department the women who helped didn’t know where the product I wanted was located but they helped me find it (in automotive). So friendly so helpful so knowledgeable, your staff is fantastic! I’d already been disappointed at that other store. Excellent experience!
