The only thing about the lighting Department, is that all of the lighting should be in the same area instead on both sides of the main isle. The associate and we're looking on one side then had to go to the other side to find , what I thought was the correct part, across the main isle to find the part we were trying to locate.

Was looking at plants and Thomas was kind and came over to help and gave me information on the plants!

i had a wonderful shopping experience yesterday at the covington pike location..i purchased a dishwasher and a cub cadet zero turn lawn tractor with free deliveries ..i was happy with their prices and friendly service..i would highly recommend this store to all my friends and family!

This Store outshines all other HDs in the area. We’re fortunate to have this store here but it needs to be enlarged badly. Size is limiting its growth and increase in sales to the trades.

This store is always clean and well stocked and the employees are always helpful and smiling.

The employees was very nice, answered all my questions, I felt like they wanted to be there.

This Home Depot has the best customer service of any home improvement store I’ve ever been in. I rarely write reviews and only do so in the cases where the customer service is exceptional and this place qualifies in spades. I actually look forward to spending money here. The staff never disappoint!

I enjoy shopping at our local Home Depot because even if I’m having a bad day, I know someone in our store will make me smile. Their attitudes are contagious!

The Covington ,Tn. store is one of the friendliest Home Depot stores I have entered . Every employee is friendly and knoledgeable greets you with a smile when you can see their face and asks if they can help you.

Several employees asked if we needed help while browsing the store. Everyone we saw greeted us. Great store!

This store is such a breath of fresh air! The employees greet you at the door eager to help and enjoying their jobs! The store is clean, well stocked and organized. Associates KNOW their store AND their products. If you need an appliance, Lani is your girl! Not only did she sell me what I needed, she got me a great deal including an extended waranty! Happy customer who WILL be back!

Cashier Cannon seems to short change. I will ask him does he need 5 more dollars next time I go there. He looked suspicious when he handed me the change but I was in a hurry and didn't check. Wow.
