I always have a positive experience at this Home Depot store #6818.

I needed a compressor and the staff helped me get one that was located on the upper stock shelves.

I use three different Home Depot stores in San Antonio Area, I like this one by far. Always a much more satisfying experience.

I always have to go to a cashier for assistance in all departments except for paint dept. Home Depot is always my 1st choice but I know I will be on my own

Store I’d convenient to where I reside

Bought a washer. Very pleased to find several makes and models to choose from. Price ranges, features were abundant. disappointed that military discount is not available on appliances. But we are very happy to select exactly what we needed, especially the warranties for the purchased item.

Waited 30 minutes for someone to help us with a bathtub and surround. No one ever came. Had to find a cart and load it ourselves. There were three employees standing at the front by the checkouts who were rude and unprofessional. While we were standing in line for the self checkout (because no one at this Home Depot seems to want to work) saw many employees walking around avoiding interaction with customers.

Purchased riding lawnmower. Was only offered the display item outside that was in the rain twice, dirty, minor scratches, water-stained seat, would not let me have the one in the store. Paid $2,100.00 and that was the only option they gave me or cancel the item.

When I arrived into the store I asked to one of the employees where I could find a ceiling fan. The employee was willing to help and he directed me to the right place. It was very easy to find my ceiling fan because everything is organized in the store.

I know that is their job to have a good customer service, but this guys always go beyond…. Excellent everybody

I contracted to have tile installed in my master bath and the Home Depot had all contractors organized to do the job without any Hassel whatsoever.

This place is great it’s just too small

I only go by theis store every once in a while, but when I do , its always clean and organized , better than some of the other stores, someone always cleaning the floors and fixing the shelfs.

Shoutout to Randy in plumbing department. Helped us with our water heater needs and got us what we needed. Loaded our all our items and took them to service department while we finished our shopping. We are handicap and needed assistance.
