Don’t ever expect assistance or knowledge from the staff at this Home Depot. I wish I could give zero stars but that wasn’t an option.

I had to return an item that I bought on-line.

We rented a garden tiller from Home Depot. The young man in that department actually showed us the dos and don'ts of that piece of equipment and took the time to make sure we operated it safely since we'd never used a garden tiller before. Great customer service.

company is trying to stop the military discount with its limits and required smart phone for a virtual id. your retired military card is not good enough for them. AND THIS IS IN MILITARY CITY USA.

Prices are great here and most items I need are in stock.

I came in for a DIY project needing multiple things. Every employee greeted us, was so kind, knowledgeable and helpful.

The lumber selection is outstanding. The staff does their best to help even on busy days.

Store is very organized, well stocked and has excellent customer service.

Solar sales in the store ruined the shopping experience. If I’m not interested in solar, don’t keep asking. Feels like you’re on a used car lot in this store. Won’t be shopping in this store anymore

Even though the store is a pain in the butt to access, its a much better experience than going to Lowe’s. Lowe’s might have an easier access but their employees are rude and could careless about helping someone. That and the stock on hand at Home Depot is far greater and more choices to choose from. I can only hope that the owner of this store is doing something to rectify the poor access to the store or move to a better location.

Randall in the paint department was great. He is very knowledgeable and quick to help his customers get in and out quickly. I was sure what brand to get on the paint and he was quick to give me his recommendation with the sample I took him.

Store #6818 so convenient and accessible location close to my home off Tezel and Timber Plain Street. Home Depot is very organized and clean with neato displays throughout. I have yet to not be able to not find the needs to be not in stock. Most of all, the employees are the backbone of this store. July 13 and July 14, I needed pavers, sand, and edging for my yard project, so Home Depot employees were Friendly, Nice, Polite and Knowledgeable about the Merchandise stock.

Frustrated with indifferent customer service and a lack of basic paint components (base needed for my paint color, paint storage cans, etc.) that I experienced at two different Sherwin Williams stores, I came to HD. HD had the base I needed, was able to color match to the SW color, and had me on my way with a smile.

Great customer service experience and employees were more than helpful not only in helping find the product you need, but also in providing their own expertise in how to use and or apply items regarding the customer's needs. A well laid out store and an overall friendly atmosphere from entering and upon exiting this store.

Would like to thank the management at this location for starters. Every employee has always been nice and go above and beyond their duties to make your shopping experience a great one. My hats off to Mike in the Electrical department for always keeping up. As an Electrical contractor I value time and when I shop here I don't have my time wasted because someone is always around to help me. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for other stores and believe me, I am in at least 3 home depot stores daily cause I run around all over town working. Believe me, I know every store like the back of my hand. To make a long story short. I felt compelled to take a minute to write this survey and thank every employee that may read this or any customer that may have ever felt the same way I do. Smiles are contagious and this home depot can take me out of any bad mood because they I don't feel just average when I walk in the door, I feel like I am family. After all, it is my second home. Keep up the great work and stay high in spirit.

Home Depot is simple to use as a commercial business as they give you a company credit card to use that employees can take when they need to pick up an order. This isn't as easy as Home Depot's competitors. Downsides to being a commercial customer with Home Depot is the fact that the variety of potting soil is 80% Miracle Gro. It's a horrible soil to use and I wish they had more variety of soils that have good mix ins (coco coir, mulch, tree bark, perlite, etc.) without all of that awful fertilizer. Employees don't all seem versed in how to handle commercial customers. Ensure you go through the routine of picking up orders with your crews before sending them for pick up as they will get little additional help once there unless they ask for it. Mark up on plants is terrible as well, but their variety and availability come in handy in a pinch.
