I prefer this store over others because of the cleanliness & how helpful the employees are. They will go out of their way to help out. I really like that. They always have stock in whatever item I’m looking for as well. It’s a very pleasant experience to come to this location & I have a couple of Home Depot’s closer to where I live

They are always friendly and willing to help with any questions. Most of the time I can find what I need and it's a quick visit through the cashier.

I never have had problems with any returns and employees are also very helpful.

Every staff member was knowledgeable, extremely helpful and, polite. Also, the employees helped each other when other staff members asked a question. On different occasions staff politely & momentarily paused when they were working with a customer~I appreciated their camaraderie politeness, team effort & willingness to go the extra mile.

As a previous retail employee, I understand how it is rare to find retail employees happy about what they're doing nowadays. Today's experience at The Home Depot was incredibly pleasant because of Tiffany and Robert. They listened and were patient, helping me find what I needed, and I appreciate them for that!

Employees don't care about their customers and carry on with their social lives and friends at work. This is happening a lot in a lot of stores post pandemic. Sad.

I had a big problem with Frigidaire (dont buy this brand). The staff was really helpful in helping me exchange and find a better refrigrator

The car parking ligth have some many ligth out, only the one in front of the store are working, this issue is making the are unsafe for customer and neighbors.

Also shop at Cutler Bay H D, only if I have no other choice. Not one person seemed interested in helping me or finding product. Pinecrest H D store is very helpful.

The only store location doing workshops. Bring back garden club.

This Home Depot is a neighborhood shopping experience. I live 5 minutes away. Every visit is a pleasant experience because of the people working there.

Sharon was a consummate professional. She helped me solve a pretty big color matching program and provided expert advice on what paints to buy.

Everyone was extremely professional, from the assistants in each lanes, the manager on top of helping cashier even before they required her help. The prize goes to cashier Ahmed for answering all my questions and going the extra mile in helping me regarding a product.

I usually visit this Home Depot at least 3x a week. There is not a single day that Employee Shirley Thompson stops me and say hello. Her great smile and wanting to help makes it worth the trip

I had the best experience at Home Depot at SW 136th Street & US1 this weekend. Not only did one of the staff members accompany me to the garden area and show me where to find what I was looking for, but he hlped load the car, brought and 2nd cart and then helped us load up our car after check out. First class experiece

Needed to fix a leaky spigot and I had my own ideas as to how to. Spoke with their staff and I was given a better way that was less expensive and better

We shop weekly at the Home Depot. I find it very convenient to do so at the various branches, especially since they carry everything I usually need for my home project. The price are very competitive. I’m also able to check the inventory levels online before I shop and it’s usually correct.
