I was truly impressed by the HD manager (Hugo) who helped me to buy, take apart and pack the 12 foot skeleton display in my car 30 minutes before closing. It was the last one in the store and my Halloween party is going to rock this year!! Thanks for extreme customer service, which made me an extremely happy halloween shopper at the Big HD.

The store associate thought I was stealing a bottle of hand sanitizer that costs $5.88, from the self-checkout. Then she inspected my receipt to make sure I paid for it.

Great store with friendly and helpful associates.

The store was clean and organized. Cashier Marina was friendly and helpful in notifying a lot attendant Alfredo. Alfredo was friendly and assisted us to our vehicle helping us load the heavy item. Thank you

Worst service! To long to explain everything what they had done wrong but starting with management have no idea how to use their system, treat customers etc. And i can go on but ive spent to much of my time already at this place.

Everyone should be TRAINED in customer service from Mr Teneal Dent. Fantastic. Listened to what we needed & should he cared. Resolved rather quickly what are choices were.

GREAT PLACE TO SHOP - FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES AND GREAT LOCATION

Hugo and Tessie took extra time to double check i had the right tool i needed. The original tool i chose was incorrect. Very patient and friendly

You have this one LADY at your self check out lane I’ve been shopping at this store for years she’s seem to have problems with people in the lane that’s waiting to pay or checkout she’s always loud and VERY NASTY AND RUDE...I ask about Lysol at the front counter a couple of days ago a young lady from the service counter told me it was on the shelf I grab a couple of sprays went over to self checkout to pay than she come and say really loudly you only can get one or two sprays at this time I told her the lady over at the frontier counter I ask and she said it was okay their was no sign at the time I was grabbing them than she started to screaming across from self check to the service counter at the young lady’s that were their than later one I see the young lady that was helping me speaking to a manager I than told my husband she might be reporting that lady after that I walked back into the store spoke with the young lady got her name TIFF and than got the lady name who was screaming across the building SHIRLEY she was very disrespectful non Apologetic towards her Colleagues and in front of customers is always the worst not a sorry just talking very loud and unprofessional conduct sorry didn’t have a chance to write when it happen I asking care of my parents already a lot on me at this time...thanks

Store is organized and safe easy to find items. Friendly people they help you with patient and very polite.

Anti-theift person harassed me because he was overly eager to bust a shoplifter.

Normally well stocked store. Clean with helpful staff and adequate parking.

If you can visit another Home Depot I recommend you do. The staff was unhelpful and checking out was less than pleasant.

This is great neighborhood store with friendly knowledgeable staff. Also has a great electrical area with lots of variety.

With helpful employees in all departments and cashiers like Brianna,Adrianna,Jole,Tessie and Tony A manager that seems to always be there
