Very busy store. Always check out lines. Cashiers excellent though. Electrical boxes in short supply for several months. Store a bit old and tired looking.

I was told my order was ready for pickup but when i got there not only was it not ready they didnt even have it in the store

If you every need help look for Ms. Monica she is alway willing to help an any way she can.

The store and employees are great. But the product selection changes and once you purchase something you may not be able to get additional product of the same type or manufacture.

The associates were very friendly. And the changes that the store makes keep us on oyr toes. The set ups are amazing.

Rakira was able to take a bad experience and turn it around! She had my flooring delivered from another store after an unfriendly and rude associate in flooring made it clear she had no time to help me both on the phone and in person. I was done with HD at this point. Rakira turned the experience around and made a happy, satisfied customer!

The assistance was great at this store. I’ve never had an employee take me to the location of every item on my list. I will definitely go back again. I don’t know the employee’s name but he was a Black man on a scooter. He was really nice.

Some days they have their challenges as we all do but, this store and its associates have created a positive atmosphere.

The salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable and above what I asked he was quick and efficient unvalued my time I highly recommend this location for the Home Depot store in Dundalk

This is MY store. I have been going to this Home Depot for years! I will continue going there. Every time I go there and need assistance, it is always given very willingly. I always have a good experience at this location. The Associates are very helpful and always polite, which I am very appreciative of. The store is always clean, especially the bathrooms. The products listed on the web are always in stock in the location they are supposed to be in.

Mr. Matt, Mr. Alex, and Mr. Nate knew the products of Homedepot. Needed assistance with tiles for bathrooms remodeling and lights. So, encouraging to see store associates who cared about me a customer looking for help. Some other stores associates give excuses and don't care. What they do is to passed you around and say it's not their department. Usually, associates walked away. So sad. You are left to attempt to figure out what you need. Not at this store. They care. Jacqueline at the checkout was of exceptional professional help and she personified the esprit de corps and teamwork that the staff delivers to the customer on a daily basis. The store is well stocked and managed, easy in and easy out, because of the care and engagement of their staff. The store is well stocked and items are easy to find, the staff is always engaged with customers to optimize their shopping experience. The store is without a doubt a cornerstone of the community and region it supports in the greater Southern Baltimore City and suburban county area.

Always a pleasure to shop, easy to find items, great prices, friendly and helpful staff.

Very friendly associates. The cashier I had Karen was very fast it made me feel like I was the only person in the store. We need more people in the world like her.

The Hiring manager in that store is amazing. He offered me a job, after he helped me in the store, while he was helping me load my car and telling me how awesome it was to work at home depot. I wish the other people there had as much enthusiasm as he does!

The employees are extremely helpful. The lumber department employee requested to help me load lumber on my cart. I was very thankful. He made my day.

The workers are absolutely phenomenal. Eboni and Mary are two of the most patient and caring employees I’ve seen. I’m new to the area so I’m not acquainted with all of the employees yet, but if these two show this much hospitality, I’m sure the whole store does. I would definitely shop here again. I knew home depot had what I needed. Cashier that helped me was great.

Store is filthy with countless items not stocked or misplaced with numerous items just left laying around in the aisles. The 10% Military disount on items is rarely ever given at this particular store and managers refuse to give it as well.

That's the only HOME DEPOT I SHOP AT EMPLOYEES ARE WONDERFUL LIKE GLENN HE ANSWER ALL MY QUESTIONS

This store IS not following the COVID guidelines despite their signs. The employee working with me repeatedly removed her mask, had a runny nose, blew her nose, touched everything, and did not use hand sanitizer until the end of the transaction. Another employee allowed a customer to stand behind the plexiglass barrier, lean over within 6 inches of him, and repeated reach across him to point to things on his computer. He never told her to move back behind the plexiglass or otherwise correct the situation. I am not planning to return to this store. We are in a pandemic and following the CDC guidelines are critical to all of us being safe.

Everything is excellent The cashier Maxine is with very knowledgeable if everything she do that customerd would keep coming back to go shopping.

The cashiers are very friendly. Checkout is efficient and you do not have to wait long even if there are many people in line. The store always has someone to ask questions and if they are not you don't have far to walk to get an employee. I am also happy to have John Clark provide assistance. He had great customer service and made my experience even better.
