I must have had a confused look or lost look on my face when Mr. Kurk H, I think the last initial was H, noticed me, said hello and asked if I needed any help. I did. I was looking for a basic drill for a new home owner. Everyone in the store greeted me as I walked around the store. VERY APPRECIATIVE for that. Home Depot can be very overwhelming for the average homeowner. Thanks for making my neighborhood store a great place to shop.

After speaking with 2 managers it took the 3rd manager on first impact of meeting me to resolve my long going issue.

Ask for Sonny she’s awesome!! Everyone I encountered were polite and professional. This is my new go to store for my DIY projects.

I bought a cub cadet riding mower from Kevin at the Fayetteville ga store. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I specifically asked for a certain engine and he made sure I got it. There was a glitch in delivery so he personally delivered the mower. I could not ask for more than that

I bought a bunch of mulch and the worker named Kevin greeted us and had a very positive attitude. He helped us with our purchase and loaded the car with a very friendly attitude. You could tell he loved his job and helping us. Thanks Kevin

Mesha in the paint department did an excellent job in assisting my mom and I. Others were not as helpful. She went above and beyond to help us. Thank you. She should be a customer service trainer or manager. Great job Mesha!!

I have been going shopping here since April and it has been a great place to get help and advice . I have also attended two kids events and my girls love them.

I'm sending this letter to express my gratitude for the excellent customer service I experienced on May 11, 2023, at Home Depot when I bought sealant, snake repellent, and a new dryer vent. I had to replace a vent and plug the openings since I had a rat snake problem in my house. Your employee named Kirk, who was working at the Fayetteville store during my trip, helped me. I must admit that he helped me with my snake problem by expertly guiding me through the store as I gathered goods from my checklist. His expertise and skill in resolving my problem goes far above my expectations and were greatly appreciated. Kirk has an incredible and accurate ability to locate things rapidly throughout the store and provides crucial recommendations. Kirk provided me with excellent customer service, and I am quite happy with it. I told everyone who would listen about my issue, and I suggested the Fayetteville location and to ask for Kirk.

The service is excellent. I love the knowledge and tips shared. The team always seems to care no matter what size of the job. The Home Depot makes my home projects better

I purchased flower seeds for my community of approximately 400 homes. Kiana was the salesperson who assisted me. Thank God for this young lady. She was awesome, patience and kind.

The employees would make eye contact but quickly look away or avoid me. They group up at the front conversing with eachother and avoid answering customers questions

I paid for some tiles for later pickup - gone before the pick up date. No apologies, just asked if I wanted my refund back on my card. I had to ask if it was available at other stores nearby before they looked it up.

Naomi worked with me a long time when I was fumbling around trying to find the right product her patients was very much appreciated.

Darren went above and beyond to help me choose the right fans to fit my needs and the right lighting for my home. He was patient and explained about the power each fan produced and the efficiency of the lights I purchased. This senior was very grateful for his help. At checkout, Tanya, took time with me and adjusted the prices that rang up higher, but were advertised at a lower price. She then assisted me in getting all the boxes to my vehicle and helped me load them up. Thanks for such attentive employees.
