Darren went above and beyond to help me choose the right fans to fit my needs and the right lighting for my home. He was patient and explained about the power each fan produced and the efficiency of the lights I purchased. This senior was very grateful for his help. At checkout, Tanya, took time with me and adjusted the prices that rang up higher, but were advertised at a lower price. She then assisted me in getting all the boxes to my vehicle and helped me load them up. Thanks for such attentive employees.

We were looking to purchase a 4 pc appliance package and was greeted by a friendly associate Naomi who listened to what we wanted and helped us make the best decision for what we needed ❤.

Chris Blum, Flooring Specialist was extremely helpful and insured we had everything for our flooring project.He went above and beyond in helping load the materials and insured my truck was not overloaded.

Went in for a few things tonight, was greeted at the door with a HELLO. The store wasn't crowded and very organized. Went to the Self Checkout where Ms. Sonya greeted us with a smile and jumped right in to help us. Smile's like that are what keep me going back to a particular store.I live in Griffin, but I will go right back to the Fayetteville location for all my home improvement needs.

We purchased 84 Brick Pavers & the supervisor Kirk had to get them down off the pallet with a fork lift. The purchased occurred during a Saturday evening when most employees had already left for the day. We were concern that nobody would be able to assist us and tell us to come back in the morning but the Supervisor went above and beyond. He even help moved the bricks to the car. I was extremely satisfied with this customer service!

Paint associates and store manager and cashier were all very friendly, greeting everyone and smiling

Out of all Home Depot’s we have ever used this one has the worst customer service. Very few employees are interested in you as a customer and the majority of them are hanging out instead of working. They also love to stand in your way!

Employees are always helpful at this location and knowledgeable.

This shopping experience was so much better than other home improvement stores (specifically) because of your Delivery Lead Kelly Wright. I have never filled out a Home Depot survey and am only filling out this survey because I want to make sure she is recognized for her hard work, dedication, and competence. Honestly, the majority of the Home Depot staff are exceedingly lazy and don't care. However, Kelly Wright is a shining example of what an employee SHOULD be. She's great, give her a raise!

Great Location! Naomi is the sweetest and most helpful!

Home Depot is a place we shop multiple times a week. The Fayetteville location has the absolute worst customer service of any Home Depot out there. Drive the extra miles to visit a different location. You’ll save yourself time driving further but not having to wait in line while 6 employees stand around not helping you…. And even if the app says it’s in stock it really may not be because it’s not organized or in the location the app says it is.

In the past, my husband and I have received horrible treatment at this store. I am so very happy to say that this has changed dramatically for the better here.

Employee refused to help me and was unconcerned about my Asthma.

Customer service was amazing

In a world of express lanes and self-checkouts to speed up the check-out experience, this particular Home Depot location offers express employees that speed up the shopping experience. You tell an employee what you need and they walk you directly to the section and then offer their expertise opinions about it and even explain how to use it. A store as vast and mass as Home Depot with half a mile long aisles the store could be intimidating, especially if you’re not a handy woman. It helps to have employees narrow your search on those wide aisles by taking you directly to the product that you desire. Express employees expedite the experience.

Delivery personnel were efficient, fast, knowledgeable and friendly.

Received great customer service from, Sonya. Show that she cares about my needs.

They don’t help you find things.

We went into to purchase a door and Candice was so patient, helpful, and professional. She was very accommodating and did not rush us to make a decision. She walked us to the different types of doors and explained the features. She made our visit a very pleasant one. I would go back to Home Depot because of her customer service.

This store is a consistent disappointment culminating in this final experience that defies any minimum standard of customer service. We were over charged at self checkout and instead of jumping to resolve the issue, I was treated as if I was trying to steal and made to wait for loss prevention to clear my right to get my money back.

One thing I don’t agree on and I do understand because of theft is that I have a pro ID and have shopped at Home Depot for many years so I was seeing if I brought something back it wasn’t stolen seeing how often I shop

This is the only Home Depot I will shop at I love the staff member they are really helpful everyone I go in I get greeting and always find what I need . They have never let me down .

Can’t wait to cook on my new stove!

Ryan in the Garden Center did an EXCELLENT job. He performed at a management level of customer service even when leadership personnel was lacking at that particular time.
