Can’t explain how helpful Bill from Hardware was during this shopping experience. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly. He even came out to our car to make sure we bought the right piece for our trailer. It definitely wasn’t warm weather out either. Just want to highlight how great he was n he went above and beyond. Our trailer works way better now!

At this store, we normally leave with a smile. Jennifer Beierle (store manager) is hiring wonderful young folks to be the face of Home Depot in Franklin. My wife and I had garden product questions and three young men made the answers happen. They are Eric Velarde, Jamar McKinney, and Nicolas Perea. In a world with so much 'NO customer service' and poor customer experiences, these three gentlemen made our day with great attitudes. Keep up the great work everyone! We will be back soon.

Purchased a Coast 350 Flashlight showing Shelf Price of $17.97. Checkout Price was $19.98.

I had an issue with a window I had ordered and installed. One of the sashes was ordered as an obscure piece of glass (bathroom window) but it came clear. After initially being told by another associate to call the window manufacturer as it was their mistake, I accepted that but was not feeling the best about making headway. Another employee who had been there for quite some time told me that she might be able to find an easier way to resolve and did. I am extremely happy with her willingness to go above and beyond to help me.

I was in need of a hot water heater and was able to get one installed through Home Depot same day when nobody else could! The technician who installed it was also great!

Need help finding the right tool? Don't go here. It will take ages to track down someone and when you do there's a pretty good chance they aren't knowledgeable on what they sell.

I got help with sheet vinyl and every employee I met was fantastic and knowledgeable. They appear to be a solid team, backing one another up as areas get busier. The employee that helped me load my vehicle with the oversized sheet was thoughtful, and had good ideas to make it work. An employee also told me about a remnant piece that saved me some money and fit exactly what I was looking for.

I purchased 40 bags of much that required me to need assist with loading. A very polite young man named Sage assisted me with the first 20 bags. He was pleasant and very kind to the elderly couple that he assisted after me. He told me when I return to get the additional 20 bags to go to customer service and request him. He said it would be quickest to do that and it was. Your store is very fortunate to have such a polite, kind and caring young man as an employee. I will definately return. The employee's name was Sage.

I am in the process of buying Blinds throughout my house. Waiting for the Blinds to come. Experience so far has been Terrific!

I went to do an even exchange ob a defective shower curtain rod and ended up paying more because the price went up since I bought it. All I wanted was a working item not to have to pay more for it.

Bought a new water heater online for my Mom on a Sunday and Home Depot hooked me up with one of their local contractors, Expert Installations, the new water heater was installed within 24 hours and the old one removed. Couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Mom even gave the service technicians homemade Christmas cookies and bottled water for the road!

My husband and I always shop at this Home Depot. Sairabano is alway their welcoming us with a big smile so inviting. She definitely knows what she is doing please hire more like her well mannered polite who know how to treat the customers.

WE NEEDED A WATER HEATER, PLUMBING AREA PERSONNELL (EUGENE) DIRECTED ME TO AISLE LOCATION, SET UP PURCHASE, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION DATE. IT SURE IS NICE TO TAKE A HOT SHOWER AGAIN.

I went to pick up an online order, it was a larger item and it was ready to go quickly and the very nice gentlemen loaded it in my car for me.

Bill re-keyed a new Schlage lockset for me, he had issues with one lock did not give up all the keys worked he was amazing
