i bought a microwave it was super fast service got it in less than an hour

I had a phone sell to complete and my contact was taking a while to confirm. Towfiq made us laugh and even gave us a bottle of water while we waited. That was above and beyond our expectations. Amazing!

We had an excellent experience shopping at HomeDepot.

I had to return product I didn't need anymore. The greeter brought me right to the customer service desk and the person there got me helped an don my way very quickly and friendly. Even asking me to bring me to the department to see if i need help with choosing a different product.

Management needs a class on taking care customers when there is a problem.

Great customer service staff who work offer assistance in answering questions and offering solutions for all your home improvement needs. I had a light switch that went out and I had gone to my local hardware store and a big box home improvement stores. Neither could solve my issue without major rewiring or delay. Home Depot was the only store that had knowledgeable employees that found solutions that would work to solve this without major expense. It moved Home Depot from 3rd place to 1st place go to for my home improvement needs.

I shop Home Depot most everyday The Fridley store is my preferred location. Courtney has helped me throughout the years. I had a Combi h2o/boiler go out in my home and needed to locate a replacement and it wasn't looking good. With her help, I was able to locate and order a new Rheem unit. She walked through this like she orders these everyday! I was in and out of the store in no time and got exactly what I was looking for thanks to her professionalism. Thank you for having such an awesome employee..

Great store very knowledgeable employees it's a tie between your store and the mpls quarry store. I Love them both it just depends on traffic.

The girl helping me a customer service desk was rude and unprofessional. I believe her name was Maybe Jessica or Stephanie. She was rude when I asked for store credit for an item that I had a receipt for. Then she went on a rant about how she only made $12 an hour. I thought this was very unprofessional. The entitlement of making a good wage without having to work hard for it with this younger generation is extremely annoying.

Did not know how to process a return for an on line purchase. Had to call customer care and spent over an hour getting a credit for returned item.

Had multiple employees great my fiance and I and ask if we needed helping finding anything. When we entered certain parts of the store, we had other Home Depot employees greet us and ask if we had questions or needed assistance looking for anything. This Home Depot is not the closest location to my home, there is actually 2 other closer locations, but from here on out I plan on taking all of my business needs to this location because of the friendly and knowledgable staff members. It goes a long way when the staff know their department and are able to assist with questions! It makes a world of difference and I was so happy to find that here.

YOUR EMPLOYEES HAVE ALWAYS BEEN HELPFUL, AND IN THE EVENT THEY MAY NOT KNOW THE ANSWER(S), THEY ARE QUICK TO FIND AN ASSOCIATE WITH SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE. CASHIERS HAVE BEEN ESPECIALLY HELP, KIMBERLY AT CHECK OUT IS OUTSTANDING. WELL SELECTED AND WELL TRAINED !

The people are always helpful and knowledgeable. They have people that have obviously worked in the fields related to the departments that they work in. I don't want a 15 year old working in plumbing.

Store is always clean and the employees are always helpful and knowledgeable! As a single mother trying to tackle her own home projects its great knowing I can ask or explain to any employee and they're always helpful to make suggestions or recommendations. It takes the guessing game away from me. Very friendly store to visit.

This store has outstanding staff! They found the breakers I needed even though they were not on the shelf. This is a popular breaker currently and I had already been to another store that did not have any. They knew what a lockout was and why the inspector wanted me to have one. They knew which Home Depot carried the lockouts. They were patient, when I was confused. There is a Home Depot closer to my home, however the experience at this store has made it my go to store.
