I just purchased a range from Home Depot and Anne, the employee in appliances, was really wonderful. She was friendly, efficient and made the whole process super easy.

Very dismayed to learn that Home Depot would not match the online advertised price of the item I was purchasing, even though purchasing the item online required me to pick it up at the store.

My husband passed away last year. I am pretty handy and needed some tools. I have purchased an electric sander, an electric drill plus other tools. I am an older woman. I have been able to get help from so many of your staff. They treat me with respect when I explain what I want and I go home and everything works just like I had hoped. Several years ago, it was hard to find help, but not anymore. Other stores similar to yours sometimes assume that I know nothing. Your staff are all just wonderful.

Fullerton home depot has the best customer service

Lot's of choice, but products are quite expensive compare to one year ago.

Every single employee greeted my sons and I with a smile and a hello. We were asked if we needed assistance and were thanked for coming in. It's rare to be treated with such kindness and respect by every employee within a business. I am very impressed!

This Home Depot sent a very knowledgeable person to install a tankless water heater in a 1925 bungalow. He did a great job!

I was torn between purchasing a larger/cheaper tool chest at Harbor Freight or getting the slightly higher quality one at Home Depot. I was leaning towards Harbor Freight until I was greeted by Jacob who prematurely ended a conversation with his workmate in order to help me. When he wasn't sure exactly what I was looking at he walked the entire width of the store to see what it was. Then Jacob stuck with me through all the obstacles that potentially encumbered the sale. I decided on Home Depot only because Jacob accomplished something no other Home Depot service rep has ever done. He made ME feel like a VALUED customer.

There is a reason I drive the extra distance to go to the location than the one down the street from me. They saw me struggling with my cart (sod gets pretty heavy) so they stopped what they were doing and helped me. They told me they would watch my cart for me while i continued buying other items for my project. They then showed me exactly where the other items I needed were, so I wasn't just walking around randomly. They didn't just leave me at the door after checkout, they then proceeded to help me load my car. that is going above and beyond the expectations and needs of the guest. Brenda, you rock!

Ray at the Pro Desk at the Fullerton (CA) store on Placentia Avenue provided first rate service when I was procuring supplies for Love Fullerton, a city wide service day. For the second year in a row, Ray's approach to the complicated order was professional, patient, courteous, and detailed. I always sensed his keen desire to help me solve the issues of the order, organize the delivery, and follow through on the details with me. An excellent employee focused on good customer service.

I bought this item a couple days ago. Very easy to assemble, much quieter than my gas mower, easy to use. Love the start button and variable speed. Great at mulching.

So happy to visit with the store MANAGER today He was very friendly and helpful. I learned a lot from him today. He generously gave a donation to our "Community Easter Egg Hunt/Breakfast " to help with our plans to decorate for this event. I'm so happy ! ! Thank you so very much!

I bough a washer /dryer today (3/5/22) and could not be more satisfied with customer service. The associate assisted us went above and beyond to ensure our highest satisfaction. Will be certainly back to this store.

Fullerton is by far the best HD I have ever been to. The store gets has heavy commercial and trade use in the mornings, but the store is ALWAYS clean and organized. I honestly don't know where they find their employees because in the past 3-5 years that I have been frequenting the store, I have NEVER had a single issue with any employee. They are knowledgeable, helpful and available. I know this may read like a "planted" review, but I assure you it's not. It's just nice to go to a store where people are doing their job and at least acting like they are really "happy to help". Great job. Other stores could learn something from this location.

I was in the paint department for 2 hours trying to get an exact match for an older paint color. The guys who helped me were super-amazing.

The store was organized the staff were friendly and helpful. I was able to get just what I needed in a timely manor.

I went to Home Depot today to get some mulch for my patio. Upon arrival I was greeted by a sweet lady telling me about $1.flowers she was sweet!!! The atmosphere is friendly, clean and inviting. I was able to find what I was looking for and had a great shopping experience with Arthur my cashier. He was super knowledgeable

Customer service representation at Home Depot specifically this location has been without a doubt exceptional. Their times as a laborer and someone with deadlines that it's easy to become frustrated not to mention impatient, it is very impressive and humbling to see these associates carry themselves in a professional manner as well as a helpful manner at all times.

RELO 682 Fullerton is the best. My go to store!

As an older woman (65+), I am often ignored in home improvement stores even when I am actively seeking assistance. Recently, I had a GREAT experience at the Fullerton store when employee Adam came upon me in the indoor garden section and asked if he could help me in any way. He was pleasant, patient, and so very well-mannered. I usually shop at the Brea store because it's closer to home, but I had been at Sam's for gas and decided to look for the item I needed over at the Fullerton HD. Lucky me! Lucky them, too, as I bought $60 of stuff I hadn't planned to when I first entered the store.

Always have what I'm looking for, if I can't find it a rep has always found it for me.

All the employees at this store are great. They take the time to ask questions and give great ideas about ways to improve our projects. Kenna is great and loves to see pictures of all our projects. The manager Jeff is great. I will be back.
