Nadia was absolutely outstanding!!!! She approached me (which normally you have to hunt an employee down for help) and asked if she could help me with anything. She has outstanding customer service, incredibly thorough, well spoken, kind, listened and advised me on some tips for my project I was making....she was such a delight to be around!!!! Went above and beyond!!!! Jeff was very kind and had excellent customer service, too! Best experience at Home Depot in several years!!!!

Nailed it, as usual. Super friendly, experienced, hard-working staff goes above and beyond every time to make it happen. Even when they are swamped trying to get 10 different things done, always count on someone to be willing to provide help and assistance. I don't care if they're semi-retired, or part-time getting through school. No jack-offs on staff here. Monica and Areli are superstars though.

Store is nice and orderly, staff helpful and working hard. Felt safe, they had good covid compliance. Danica is cool as well.

Great customer service got amazing help from the service desk. Silvia helped me on my order and I appreciate it. Monica did as well but had to take care of others. They went beyond to help put in my order with a great attitude and smile on there face. Michael (supervisor) was very helpful .everyone also had amazing service I saw how he handled everything and that's how these guys can run everything smoothly. This was definitely TEAMWORK and I love it! No one was unhappy while in line. I was there for an hour or more and they were able to get everything I needed and help others. I appreciate that they go beyond for there customers. I will be back to order more.

There are far too many promotional things for sale in the aisle at the front of the store. It makes it very hard to get around if you have a cart.

Most of the employees in this store go above & beyond their line of duty to help the customers, especially in the plumbing & electrical where I use it a lot more.

I live between two Home Depots in Orange. I drive all the way to this Fullerton store for the clean store and excellent service.

Jeff stepped up and supplied product of higher quality because stock inaccurately Identified lesser quality item existed put back. Upon research product, stock check confirmed it was not on premises.

Clean store, friendly helpful employees, and they seem to have more employees available to help than other stores. Parking lot was clean and there was not an entire day of carts and debris. Overall worth the extra drive.

Sometimes they are overwhelmed but if I am patient they always serve me well. I love the policy of accepting returns as long as they are not opened or damaged. Many times I over buy for a home project knowing I can return what I dont use. When I am home and not traveling I probably visit HD once a weekend.

Home Depot is where we love to shop. Their sales and customer service reps alway try to do their best to help.

Usually big box home improvement stores are cold and uninviting. Today started out like that, but the interaction with one associate (I wish I had looked at his name) made this visit like going to a old friends house. I had paused in the tool section to look for the great deal RYOBI had going and was not surprised to find no stock. As I looked at my phone to check on something I had seen and was going to go ahead and purchase, this associate paused to ask if I needed any help. I told him I was not surprised to find no stock on the RYOBI deal and he said they had been selling fast. I just found out about it this morning but he said it had been on a while. He talked about the RYOBI gear he had bought and how he liked it. It was nice getting someone else's perspective. This is the kind of people to have working for you.
