I had an issue on April 20, 2024 attempting to refill for propane tanks. Tim was working the Contractor register.. I asked him in a very normal time if he could call down to customer service asked him to meet me out there with a key. He simply stated no you need to walk down there yourself and they will walk out there with you. And then said it would save me the walk if you could simply call them and ask him to meet me out there. He simply said no question he said I was being a jerk. Please look at your cameras and see who was being a jerk. So I immediately stopped. The conversation asked him to call a manager. He said no, I was pretty baffled. He wouldn't call Manager, asked him why he said because I was being a jerk again. And less than one minute, he called me a jerk. he proceeded to walk out of the register area and said he was leaving. So of course I proceeded down to the customer service, they direct me to a manager, she comes out, help me with the propane. Unfortunately, she doesn't seem that concerned that Tim was very rude and disrespectful Said she would chat with him. Not sure what that means . my company is Oasis irrigation landscaping spent over twenty thousand dollars last year , over ten thousand so far this year and the first quarter of twenty four . this is absolutely uncalled for and Tim should be fired immediately , he has absolutely no idea of customer service. I will not check out at any register if Tim is there. There was absolutely no reason in my voice he just simply decided he didn't want to help me out because he didn't like me for whatever reason. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Cliff was amazing. Great guy. Welcoming genuinally warm. Real not fake.

I had a terrific experience at this Home Depot. Almost always have over 20 plus years.

Had an excellent clerk by the name of AJ help me with lawnmower parts. Was able to get parts needed to get my mower back in working order!!!

Ben, AJ and Nate helped me load multiple truckloads of rock for flower beds and siding etc, extremely helpful.

From the moment we entered, to suggestions on delivery, to refund on a damaged item - was kind, simple and easy.

So much better than the store on North Dale Mabry. I can never find help when there so have written that location off.. Thanks

I had a very large list to complete, and everyone was so helpful and kind. It's always a joy to go to Home Depot because I know I'll be taken care of.
