The store has fantastic and friendly employees and I received customer service. I love the quantity and quality of products. So much help was given to me locating what I was looking for. Worth the trip and had so much fun shopping! I found the perfect refrigerator for our kitchen!

Twice while shopping for an appliance, I had to search for an employee to help me. Employees were all seated around a desk not helping customers. I didn’t receive my appliance due to a typo made by the salesperson. I made several attempts to contact the store but got nothing but animated responses. Vey poor customer service.

We had a pleasant experience with special orders today. Preston was extremely helpful, professional, and courteous. I had several past experiences that were subpar with associates walking away when I tried to get their help, today was so much better. Associates were always asking if they could help instead of me tracking them down. We found everything we needed and saved over $1,000 with the sale prices that were available today.

Great place I was looking for a plank to reinforce my kid's mattress and not sure how thick I need it & they helped me find the most suitable one. Though, I can't find the right regular nails that I was looking for

The employee who helped us was very knowledgeable and helpful. My wife requires using one of the electric carts and it was difficult for her to get down through the aisles in some areas because of merchandise being too close together. But the associates we dealt with were all courteous and helpful. However, there is a limited supply of appliances in stock, perhaps partly because of the Covid situation.

Staff is always helpful when needed help. The only problem I ever had was seems like early morning times might have to look for help in some departments

Under normal circumstances, the employees are helpful, friendly, knowledgeable. During Covid-19 pandemic, they are not wearing masks or practicing social distancing. Customers are not required to wear masks either. Please be considerate of others.
