Three days in a row I attempted to buy grub killer that the store website showed as available and three days in a row after telling the information desk the bay was empty they failed to have it filled which on the third day resulted in me going to another store.

The weed killer Round-up sure shot had a free refill when purchasing the sure shot applicator, which I wasn't aware of. She went to grab me the free refill (which was right by her register. It saved me almost $18. It was nice to have someone looking out for me.

Bought items for a new bathroom and had to exchange several big items and was not questioned at all and done with a great attitude with Cheryl . She s certainly a igasset to your store.

I can't say enough about all the employees I encounter when I enter a Home Depot. Anytime I am there and have a question, there is always someone there ready to listen and offer suggestions and expertise. Thank you Home Depot.

Staff is helpful when I cant find an item and are nice to deal with. Love the paint department but need to have more staff available in every location

Today 02/05/24 I came in and was politely greeted by Dominic ,and when it was time for me to cash out he greeted me again and we had a interesting conversation about the items I was buying and useful tips. I will be back to shop more often due to the employee Dominic thank you

Place is awesome people there are genuine and the space inside is plentiful dobshop there fellow builders.

Cashier Dominic that works early mornings on west ridge rd is the best cashier I’d ever had and made the shopping trip wonderful

I am amazed at how many store associates they are around when I need to ask for help.

We are frequent shoppers either online placing orders or going into the location to find what we are looking for. We have never had an issue, including with any returns we may have had. Also if we ask an Associate for assistance they are willing to help. If they can’t they usually find someone who can help.

I go to Home Depot because I can get lumber cut , but my experience working with a young man name Shawn was wonderful. He went above and beyond helping me get the best lumber for what I needed , cutting and loading on the cart.

We always shop at the Greece Home Depot and are always satisfied with the service and friendly attitude form your employees.

We were in the market for a new washer/dryer and Rose helped us get everything sorted! We were super worried about getting it in red, but she found it for us and got it all squared away no problem! We cannot wait to come back!

This is my favorite Home Depot store...

Marcia went above and beyond for me. She had measurements set up in 2 days and ordered my carpet same day. She was knowledgeable about all the flooring in her department. A real asset to Home Depot.

Other businesses could learn from the customer service experience at Home Depot. Ashley E (store manager), Jo Jo in paint, and Mike (in paint) were a great help and provided phenomenal customer service. Thank you! Nice job and keep up the excellent work!!!!!

Cashiers were overwhelmed due to self-service and contractor lines being closed. Customer Service wasn't any better. Order pickup was next to impossible due to returns, checkouts, and orders being placed. All very time consuming. Go to another store!
