I love this Home Depot everyone there is so helpful

I had to return an item to my local HD in Greenfield, MA and was fortunate to get Rashida in Customer Service. She could not have been more helpful and professional with the return and reorder. This lady is so competent! Rashida made what could have been a somewhat tedious exercise a very positive experience. Home Depot is Lucky to have her!

They have what I need, a great variety of choices. But the most important factor is the kindness and patience and availablility of their employees. Far superior to other home Depots I have visited!

I purchased a Maytag Washing Machine at the Greenfield, MA store the other evening. The employee, INDIA, was so very helpful, and knowledgeable about the products. She helped answer all of my questions, she explained the warranties, she explained all the paperwork, it was a very confident buying experience. Thank you, INDIA!

Everyone is friendly and helpful. Store is clean, well stocked and organized.

We shopped over 1-1/2 hours and the same employee stayed with us in different departments to help us with our needs. George was tremendous!!!!

This is the third time that we purchased items here, showed the veteran card. And we were not given the discount . It is a pain to have to go to the courtesy desk to ask for the discount. Maybe you should train cashiers better.

We bought a Karavan utility trailer and are very pleased with it. Shannon the cashier and Deb from Hardware were very helpful and attentive in getting us the best trailer for our needs.

I have visited multiple HD stores in search of a replacement drawer slide. Jose was the first person who really took time to listen to what I needed and looked for similar parts.

A smaller store but has things that I cannot find at much larger stores. Great staff--very helpful--always clean and they will help one in the parking lot as well. WOnderful selection of landscaping and season decor. Don't miss this wonderful store.

I always have a great experience when shopping at the Home Depot in Greenfield Massachusetts. Every associate I encounter is always very helpful in assisting me to find the things that I need. What is cool about it is they take me right to where those items are not just say “it’s over there in aisle 14 or whatever” reputation is King whether it’s good or not so much in Greenfield it’s GREAT !!!!! I love the Greenfield, MA Home Depot! This store is very convenient for me, but most of all, I never have to search for an employee. I am always treated with respect and every person I have had experience with was knowledgable and when they didn't know, they were never afraid to say so and find someone who could help me. I highly recommend this store.

Very helpful and kind employees. I found everything I was looking for and an employee named Pete went above and beyond to help me find everything I needed. The store is very clean as well which is nice.

An employee greeted us and asked if they could help, he then got the specialist employee we needed in Millwork who spent a great deal of time with us and answered all our questions. We were able to purchase everything we needed in a small amount of time. The specialist gave us his card as well and said we could call. The cashier was friendly and personable and helpful. The store was clean and well organized with signs to see for direction.

Always a positive experience at the Greenfield Home Depot!

We found the employees in Greenfield to be surprisingly helpful, above and beyond what we expected. In the midst of installing a well-known brand of toilet, we found a defect in the product and contacted the manufacturer who suggested we return it. After traveling almost 40 miles back & forth and lugging a 115 lb. toilet up a steep set of stairs, we were frustrated and frazzled. We called Home Depot who sent Plumbing Dept. Supervisor Bruce H. to our home with a replacement. He was friendly and efficient. We were able to complete the project the same day. Thank you Bruce! Thank you Home Depot!
