Love this store, I can always find what I’m looking for and one employee stood out to me, because of her outstanding customer service! Shannon was very helpful in helping me with buying a chainsaw that was supposed to be in stock, however the website wasn’t consistent. Shannon was able to piece together all of the items that would have been in the package for nearly the same price. This saved me a trip that would have took an hour to make. Thank you Shannon!! You are truly an asset to the Home Depot team!!

My husband and I were looking for flooring and were helped by a very nice young man in Home Depot, Greenfield. He made sure we were purchasing the correct amount to cover the square footage. He went and got a cart and loaded everything for us. He took us to two other places in the store to find other products. Throughout the store the employees were friendly and courteous. It was a pleasant shopping experience.

Especially Michael & Maggie in Flooring. The dream team!!

I do enjoy shopping at the Home Depot in Greenfield. All employees are helpful and go the extra mile to help when I have a question or need to find something I've never purchased before. Recently we were in the store early one morning and there were no employees in the Appliance Dept., I can only assume they were in a meeting, however I was disappointed there was no one available to help.

Great store, clean, and Jacob in the Nursery was great!

Bought a fridge and salesperson said the delivery people would take the doors off the fridge to get it in the house. Did not happen, refused delivery until next week when 2 employees from store would do install. They showed up next week without the proper tools, which was not their fault, had to loan them tools, ladder and carrying straps. The employees were great and apologized many times for the lack of communication within the store.Did get it in but it took all three of us and many hours.

The employees here pride themselves on their customer service. There is always someone on the floor to address your needs and they dont hover or pressure you in the least. Another good quality is they listen to what you have to say and make helpful suggestions.

Sandy, at the Pro Desk is friendly, cheerful, helpful and used a lot of common sense that helped us with our shopping needs. She spent a lot of time with us and never made us feel like an inconvenience. She is definitely a good reflection on Home Depot.

Employees like Debbie and Ron are helpful and creative solving problems. Friendly staff and a smaller store make this an excellent Home Depot.

Things have changed at this HD, and for the better. The staff is on a great roll in terms of customer service. In the last few months, each visit has built on the last, and now this is my favorite lumberyard. I always need to get my sheet products cut down because I don't have a truck, and I never get attitude about it. Random: I really like the addition of the doug fir 2x4s.

In this age of Customer Service being almost non-existent, The Home Depot in Greenfield is a refreshing blast of the past! The clerks are all very knowledgeable of their store and their products and, in most cases, have some general tips to share with a DIY-er like myself. Home Depot is doing a great job training their employees. I always leave the store feeling like a valued customer!

MIke Tirrell at the paint desk was very helpful and offered friendly and efficient service.

It's a small HD which means they tend to not have as much of a selection. The cleaning staff was clearly trying to keep up and at least one employee was sweeping and sanitizing around the registers.

Sandy and Rachael are early morning superheroes, effective efficent professional and most importantly Friendly! If you still hand out Homer badges they deserve them!
