employees are great just to many people outside on the parking lot.

The store was clean and I was assisted in locating the product that I was looking for, but the person who checked me out acted like she didn't want to be there. Just was not friendly by this I mean (saying good afternoon or just hello) she just started to scanning the products.

This is the best, cleanest, and most organized Home Depot that I've visited in the Houston Metro Area. The Employees are extremely friendly and the Operations Manager will always do her best to make the customers satisfied. I truly enjoy shopping at this Home Depot and it's now the only one I will shop at.

great service and lots of help when need be

THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST COOLEST AND CLEANEST STORES I'VE BEEN TO. THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE ARE VERY HELPFUL AND KIND. ALWAYS THERE TO HELP ME IF I NEED.

Mari from customer service was very helpful as she told me what was the best product she really went beyond and notice she was by herself at the customer service helping all the people in line as well as me

more handicap parking an area for seniors or people to sit and rest then they can do more shopping even offer coffee & water. have floaters walking the store to answer questions or help lift heavy items or push buttons on aisles so when a customer does need help they can push a button and someone can respond via speaker or show up to help. there is so much more that can be done

Nancy C in the paint department was awesome! She blew me away on how she matched the paints we needed. She was better than the matching on the machine!! She takes the time to talk to you as well and help make sure your project is successful!! If you need paint and support this is the Home Depot to go to! Way to go.

I don’t recommend this store until they get rid of the very unprofessional security company!

Great customer service

I was very please with Roy, Eduardo, Chaz these three guys was very helpful and attentive with my purchases. I look forward to seeing them again when I return. Thanks Guys !

This store is a dirt dump. If you enter the store and face left side, pretty much this half of the store is really dusty and disgusting. Go near any shelves and look for yourself, the items on the shelves are all covered in dust, saw dust or cement I don't know, but just really dusty. I go to this store because I have no other choice, and I go daily. When I have to grab items from the shelves, I feel disgusted because everything I touch has dust on them. As I put the item onto my cart and browse around, I have the habit of touch my smart phone to do some price search and what not. Turns out every time I do that, the phone screen would leave a trail of dust where ever my finger run across. That dust comes from touching the items from this Home Depot's shelf items. My fingers become extremely dry and frail after touching the items in this store. It's especially bad in the left half of the store. Other than that, the store itself is fine, stocked items are plenty, staff are usually very helpful, and it's easy to make any arrangements with the service desk for non-conventional orders. I run a manufacturing plant near by, so when we need anything that I must get in Home Depot, I have no choice but to come to this one. If there are else choice with a cleaner facility, I'd definitely will no longer return to this store.

The guy on the floor and cashier was very helpful

I liked the selection of molding that were in stock when I had a project to complete. I was able to get in and find a few unique designs that turned out great after I put little stain on them. GOt all I needed in one stop.

I always wonder how Home Depot has such knowledgeable people working at their stores ? The paint dept. ,and especially Nancy, rock at gulfgate ! At least one thing in life is not stressful !

It is a normal Home Depot store with average customer service. Hopefully you know exactly what you need to get and where it is, otherwise, good like trying to find someone to assist you. Even if you do, they may not be of any help. Some employees are good and very helpful, but if feels like the overwhelming majority that you are on your own.

great store very busy , just one little problem all ridding scooters were not charged and some were wet it had rained a little and some dirty they are some of us that depend on these easy things need to be done if possible ..please help if you can by cleaning scooters and charging them thank you very much i shop here a lot .....i recently visited another store because they got a couple of old scooters but always clean and charged all the time
