This is a great place to shop that carries it all. I have always had good luck with getting knowledgeable assistance in most any department, however on occasion sometimes help is hard to find. Also if your a VETERAN spend your money here (Schererville too) as Home Depot not only offers a Military Discount but they also help Vet's though organizations like DAV Chapter 17 in Hammond. They are truly a Vet's friend !

Store representatives are very knowledgeable , always on the floor ready to help. I have received time saving tips and methods to do better job. Store is always organized and plenty of stock.

They have some excellent employees specifically Jayla Pete and Geno who went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and support on my recent visit!

This store has friendly, professional and knowledgeable employees. I was assisted by Mr Mike for my wood project purchase. He was thorough at his work and was courteous. He suggested other items so needed to complete my project and I am glad I shopped there.

This store beats the locations in Oak Lawn and Dan Ryan hands down. The one thing they did not have was Cedar Planks for cooking on a grill. They had a copper mat instead. I did not want to take any chances. Maybe I could be wrong about the product. The staff was VERY helpful. I will return if I need more garage and concrete paint.

The store is much cleaner and organized better than Schererville. Staff was more positive and helpful too. Avoid Schererville if you can and hit up Hammond.

Home Depot honor veterans and that's something special.

Went into the store to find items that were needed for a home improvement project. The associate Margie was very helpful in directing us to where we needed to go and that helping us to check out quickly and went out of her way to help us with items that were larger. She was very friendly respectful and helpful and definitely made our experience at Home Depot today a pleasant one would give this store a 5 star rating for cleanliness friendliness and helpfulness customer service was A1

Store was clean and checkout was fast

The customer service made my first visit very peaceful and comfortable the service desk young lady and the cashier Cynthia were the best !

Stocked up more then others nearby for those who do specialty trades

Aneidra, the gardening manager....EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! She was attentive, knew her products, and gave me her undivided attention! If you're in this store, ask for Aneidra. She is always willing to help!!!!

Jocelyn in appliances is the best, stay away from Dolores, she isn't interested in her job.

They need more people on the floor to help us customers.

I usually have a good experience at this store. Although today I had a bad experience with the associate in the Kitchen area. I do prefer this strore over Menards. Checkout associates are always friendly. Store is clean. I found what I was looking for.

During this time of business shutdowns this store was open and was very clean. They limited the amount of people in the store and all employees wore masks. The shopping carts were sanitized and the check out was very efficient
