The Home Depot Appliance Specialist Chris was very helpful and patient, looked up multiple models and features of washing machines at our request. Excellent job, outstanding service, would definitely recommend to others.

The customer service met my expectations and I was pleased with the personal touch that each team member offered to me because my knowledge was so limited about security doors and their installation procedures.

Home Depo in Hercules has some very friendly and helpful associates. They made our purchase of large appliances a year ago very easy and again a few days ago. Thank you H/D happy workers.

We find this Home Depot easier to get in and out of, and there is tree shade for our car. The parking lot is more organized and cleaner then the El Cerrito store,

You had a worker in the Hercules CA location named Ivan who was extremely helpful, fast, and had a great attitude. He had excellent customer service skills and knowledge of the products and industry. I was very pleased with my experience in the store and would come back again to this location.

I shop three Bay Area HDs and this is by far my favorite. The staff is helpful, upbeat, positive, funny, relaxed, personable, and seem to care about the customer's experience. I haven't ever had a serious customer issue, but in customer service when I have a return, I've noticed they took care of complex problems other customers had easily and with humor. Great store!

Staff in the Windows/Doors department were very helpful! Answered my questions with genuine interest!

I have a Home Depot right by my house but we choose to shop at this one because we get better customer service and the store is well organized and employees are very helpful. The parking lot is so much better too then the one by our home. My last visit I was picking up some bags of Mulch. I loaded 7 bags on my cart when I realized I over did it, while recovering from whiplash. I went to pay thinking maybe a employee would help me load my car. I asked the cashier and he was very nice and said he would get me help. I could wait in the shade. I waited just a moment when he said if you pull your car right up there I'll load it for you. I did and he was so polite and friendly and quick to load my car. It was so hot that morning on top of it but he helped me and little did he know how much I appreciated it and his kindness. This is why we always shop at this store and recommend it.

Mitra in appliances and Carmen at Customer Service desk are very good.

The Hercules Home Depot is clean, and the service clerks, are respectful, and helpful, and knowledgeable!! I enjoy shopping there!! I always find what I need!!

This is by far the best HD store I've been in. Great and friendly staff ready to help, and store is very well kept.

The Associate at self checkout (Ritzel) is always helpful and courteous. She moves the customers through the self checkout line very courteously and efficiently. She doesn't appear to have a bad day anytime I'm in the store. An essential employee.

We have had many times shopping at this store. We have only one CHIEF complaint! THE BATHROOMS SHOULD BE UP FRONT! Other than that it is a great store to shop and explore for a ton of new items! Every was always helpful and they make every day shopping here feel quick and easy as well as in and out. Five star costumer service!
