The staff, specifically Michael at electrical and the cashier Janice were very helpful. They have made my experience at this Home Depot a really good one.

This store has the worst customer service I have ever experienced on multiple occasions! Avoid at all costs folks... However most recently I purchased a $1800 LG refrigerator on November 18, 2020 and was told it would be delivered on January 29, 2021 (as if a 2 month + delivery date wasn't ridiculous enough)! I patiently awaited the delivery date only to receive a call that delivery had been pushed out further to February 8, 2021... Again I patiently waited and when the delivery truck rolled up on Feb 8, 2021 the refrigerator unit they delivered was significantly damaged with a huge dent right under the water dispenser and multiple scratches so I immediately refused acceptance asking for a refund to my credit card. Today it is February 18th, 2021 exactly ten days later, I have spoken to multiple store associates more recently Mithra in the appliance department multiple times on February 10th, 17th, and 18th to resolve this matter and issue my refund. I have escalated to Megan the day shift manager and spoken to her on February 17 and again on the February 18th being told by her she would resolve this and I would have a refund before 5 pm on each day- to no avail! Finally getting frustrated with dealing with folks over the phone, I showed up in person today after working all day at my job and spoke to Steve the assistant manager (who for his part made a lot of phone calls) but this should have already been done 10 days ago.... Long story short I still don't have my $1800 refund when the refrigerator was refused 10 days ago! They are blaming LG for some issue saying it's their system but I did not buy from LG I bought from your store! Ridiculous that my business credit card needs to carry any charges for a product returned to you over 10 days ago! Shame on you guys!

We were actually at store 1086 in Ridgecrest and we wre greeted going in, the gal in hardware was helpful and the people in the garden section were very helpful. The cashier Marjorie was fast and efficient and very friendly. I've never been to Hercules store.

shopping at the home depot can be a challenge but the Hercules store is a little different , people are friendlier and the store is cleaner than others ! i like shopping here !

Always friendly and helpful when I shop here. Usually have what I am looking for and will offer assistance when needed or leave me alone if I know what I am looking for.

I have always loved shopping at Home Depot for all my home projects. This location has never disappointed me on getting someone to help or just ring my things at the register. I leave feeling great and ready to handle my project. It’s a wonderful feeling. I know that I got the right help and I didn’t over paid too. Thank you for keeping helpful and understanding employees.

We bypass the hot mess that is Vallejo Home Depot and drive an extra six miles to Hercules. Cleaner, better employees, well stocked.

Scott in the LIghting dept. is an asset to this store. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

Pro service team is great

I have lived in the area l my life. The type of worker they have on staff is very important to me because now I have moved away but my older family members are still around. And they love to do house work. Having the right kind of worker can be really beneficial to them. Someone kind, knowledgeable, and patient. That was my experience when I returned to my home town for a simple purchase and a worker by the name of Scott helped me out. I really appreciate it.

This is one of the best Home Depot's in the Bay Area.

This store is always neatly organized, if something is missing workers can immediately tell you if it’s out of stock or will help to find it. The workers are always friendly and most importantly help you whenever help is needed! Hercules is my favorite Home Depot

This store has improved from the early days where you were in a big box store and good luck in getting help and the service was so so at best. They have fully come around. My interaction with the staff is that they never give you the feeling you were bothering them. They did their best to try to help. The check out staff have greatly improved. They really seem to appreciate the customers in the store.

On whole it is quite a clean store and well organized store. Every people who works there are well present. Providng Helpful Manner

Precisely a Great place to shop

The Home Depot store at Hercules, like may of its sister locations is very busy with active buyers. The exceptional attribute of this store is the outstanding service they provide to customers. With so many people that comes through the doors; the experiences each bring are unknown to the employees. However, what i know and believe is how well the employees provide their personalized service to help us customers. Thank you for that and my belief that people are good.

Robert & Henry helped me today. I had called about a vanity I needed, Robert kept my # to call if stock came in. He went the extra mile and found my vanity, called me and Henry helped me get it on the cart. Robert helped get it out & into my van. Competent, helpful and courteous employees.

I am favorably impressed with the customer service staff, specially Nancy. She went out of her way to look for the product I need. Overall, their is friendliness in this store.

I find the employees in the Hercules store to be friendly and helpful. In a recent experience two garden center employees were very helpful and provided useful information. The store has a variety of items. Seems to be well stocked. It's clean and not as hectic as some of the other stores.

The store it self is great the sales floors employees great the front end needs help on customer service. Karen was rude when I asked her do you honor a wrong label which your products where on, not one but 3 displays she said no Home Depot doesn’t allow it. I said but Home Depot does match prices for other stores? Then she went to her front end lead (didn’t grab her name) which was no help gave me attitude said ma’am we don’t do that it’s on the wrong shelf I said then can you explain my pic of three displays of the same product with same price and you won’t honor it she was like we don’t do that I am like um every retail store does why not yours, just plain rude form both ladies finally with an attitude give it to her Karen walked away upset at me. Karen said there you bye. The check out process was so rude I will not go back there I will drive to Martinez or el Cerrito
