I wanted to write a review on our salesperson “Teresa” in the appliance department. She knew so much about the different brands of appliances. She helped me get great deals and I saved a lot of time! Thank You Teresa!

I was greeted at the door with a friendly smile while I was in the isles, looking at older gentleman, came up and asked if they can help me find anything. I went out to the checkout, pro desk, I went to the protest t went to the pro desk and was help hi hi went to the pro desk by another friendly smile my experience at Home Depot was very good. I would recommend this store to anyone very humble, very friendly, very clean atmosphere.

The customer service at this location was superior in the industry. Other stores...look out. HD is bringing Customer Service BACK!

They did not have the exact item I was searching for, but the offered me an optional product that was as effective five as well as more cost efficient. They were very customer service oriented.

Upon driving into lot, noticed clean grounds, inside well lit, good organization of departments. As I went into the paint department, I was met by Ashley who asked about my project. She showed me my options of products. When I didn't see a good fit, she brought me to another area where I found an alternative product to suit my needs.

I bought a flowing plant(Rio Red) today and it mess an amazing plant .The flowers was so perfect they did not look real. It rain so much I thought that the plant would not look very nice. After about 3 days of constant rain the pant still look perfect.

Always my go to with an project I have going on! Home Depot means as much to me, as hobby lobby means to my wife :)

I purchased a tub/shower enclosure online. The box was torn open and the employees dropped it at store pickup. Of course parts was broken inside. Once opened at home pieces were broken. We returned the product to store and had no problem with the return, so far. I guess in a week we can get the money back in our account.

Would rather go to Lowe’s hardware. This store doesn’t have its act together. Greensboro is much better.

Salespersons were occupied during this busy season and lunch time, but one took the time to direct me to the right aisle. Display of faucets above shelves were helpful to me in finding what I liked..

My Sales Person was very friendly and helpful. She made sure that my daughter and me had everything we needed before leaving the store (the right hoses, cords). She made sure our appliances had all the correct preferences we wanted. She was awesome!

I received excellent service in the store when shopping for a microwave. Employee was very knowledgeable and answered any questions that I asked.

New home ownership can be a stressful experience, especially when it comes to home repairs or remodeling. The teams at this location be it in flooring, electrical, tools, and nursery are all helpful and knowledgeable in their areas. We haven’t been steered wrong yet!

Shopping the Black Friday sale, was greeted by 3 "elves" decked out for the season. When asked them where an item was located, one walked me right to the item. "Talk about CUSTOMER SERVICE **** Then after selecting the 1st item I wanted, I asked another "reindeer" if she could tell me where the next item I needed was located. She quickly consulted her cell phone and walked me to an aisle probably 10 aisles from where we 1st talked about what I was looking for. ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF GREAT CUSTOMER SERCICE *********

Worst experience ever at a retail store.

Very polite and friendly staff. Helpful in finding exactly what I needed.

Anything you could possibly need to furnish or refurbish your home is easily found in this wonderful store. It was a pleasure shopping there!

Today Cynthia in the Appliance Dept. Made our shopping experience wonderful. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and funny. She took the time to answer all our questions on a washing machine we were looking at & bought. We will definitely come see Cynthia again if we need another appliance. Thank Cynthia for giving us a great shopping experience!
