KD, this man has always been a great way to finish up my shopping experience. He always helps me with any and all purchase questions or concerns. He goes above and beyond every time I stop in for some purchases. Great experience today as well as he helped me secure a Home Depot credit card to help me start the journey of building my own busines. I’ll definitely be returning to this location for years to come.

Everyone is very helpful and friendly, we always find what we are looking for and have help when needed.

Manager and assistant manager Sara and hailey were very helpful with a return of a generator. I was very impressed with their customer service.

Every time I am greeted at the door and get asked if I need any help. The employees will walk you to the item you’re looking for and don’t just point to an aisle.

I can always count on Home Depot to have what I need

At checkout they were trying to not let me scan my stuff, I told them I did not need help I have been to Home Depot a thousand times then as we were walking out a man asked if we needed loading assistance I told him no we don’t need help he then proceeded to follow me to the car I told him we didn’t need help we got it and he would not leave he stayed right there staring at us the entire time made me feel uncomfortable once we left I called the manager and told him how uncomfortable I was and he mocked me he did not help me and he refused to believe me when I told him that he was not there to help and that he was being rude outside and watching us and made us feel uncomfortable if a customer tells someone this it should be met with understanding and not criticized and not believed I would not of stated something like this without truly having a reason to! terrible store do not recommend!

I had to make a return on a product as it wasn’t the right product I needed. The return desk associates were friendly and made getting my money returned a breeze. The sale cashier Lisa helped me apply for a in-store credit card and made doing so easy and checking out easy as well.

Home Depot not only helped me with the plumbing job I was working on, a Jackson Home Depot employee (Latrell) saved me a trip to the emergency room, maybe even saved my life when I had a low blood sugar event. He caught on and was intuitive enough to get me a candy bar that helped me until I could get to my car and get the correct glucose medicine I required. Thanks again Latrell. Mark S.

The last time I was there was on 12-30-2022 and I have bought garden tractor and lots of materials for projects I have done

Bob and Casey, are among some of my favorites. They have spent a lot of time with me on my current remodeling projects! They are golden! ( but Bob is crazy), and fun! Thank you all at Jackson!

I happened to find an employee that went so far above and beyond to help me eventually find an item that I was looking so forward to purchasing. After a long search and being told that the item was out of stock I went on to another department totally unrelated to my search. The associate that I first encountered in the store had, unknown to me searched high and low in the store and found the last two hidden somewhere. She searched for my location in the store, somehow found me, and delivered the items to me. What a Christmas elf this young lady turned out to be. Says a lot about the kind of people that work at Home Depot. Merry Christmas to all.

This is a great store with friendly and knowledgeable employees.

Every time I shop at Home Depot in Jackson I am warmly greeted. When I have questions, not only do they get answered but most times, the employee will walk with me to the aisle and item I'm seeking. I especially enjoy my interaction with Rebecca at Customer Service and Brandon, who has, without hesitation, offered to cart my items to my car and load them up for me. Both are exceptional employees and a definite asset to the Jackson Home Depot!

The representative was very helpful and patient throughout the meeting. He understood our need and explained everything in detail.

I’ve made 4 trips to buy flooring even applied and got an HD credit card , they have the laminate in stock and said I could take it with me but because of a so called computer glitch they can’t release it. Drove over 100 + miles ( because it’s closest to my new house) every time I go there. They said come back next day and it will be straightened out- nope it wasn’t, not even a phone call so I wouldn’t waste a trip. I even called ahead and nobody else knew what was going on and that associate wasn’t in till later. They have charged $5400.00 to my HD card but won’t give me the laminate that’s in stock. Worst service I’ve ever had at any business. Being charged for something in stock but can’t have it. Was also told zero interest for 12 months plus $100 off coupon on Sunday but the associate couldn’t figure out what was going on so we had to come back Monday. On Monday when we came back in it was different different months. Between flooring and appliances we spent over $8000 and it doesn’t seem like it matters if we cancel everything

The JACKSON Store #2770 is very convenient and associates are very helpful when you need it. I would highly recommend this store for your needs.

Every since Home Depot open the store in Jackson Michigan I have always thought that it was laid out well and it was easy to go though out the store and it seemed that there were always some one to help you.

I was very impressed that this store had the correct breakers for my old house, and the price was fantastic!! Thank you HomeDepot

Extremely helpful on helping us select a new front door, they knew the product, steel vs fiberglass etc

I needed assistance with purchasing a patio set - moving chairs and tables and finding cushions that matched. The guys helped move furniture around to see different set-up options, took down and put back various ideas I had, all without making me feel like I was interrupting their day. They were giving me great feedback that helped me make my final decision. Help was given with a smile from the moment I walked in, until the moment the truck was packed! The extra help worked - everybody loved the final purchase, and our patio looks great!

Went to buy a new refrigerator and because it was a discontinued floor model, the sales person and manager refused to honor my military discount. Guess that didnt mean much to them.

Great store to visit

I talked to several of the staff while I was in the store. First one directed me directly to the item I was there for! A second one had asked if I found what I was looking for, when I showed him and smiled, he congratulated me on a successful visit! (First time I have ever heard that!!)
