Front end associates try to tell you they won't price match other competitors when there policy clearly states it. Don't be fooled and continue to push and get what you deserve. This has been my experience the last 3 times in store. It's a shame we are talking about a .50 cent difference and it is such a hassle for them to honor there own policies. Other then that store was clean and no issues

I went with my son as he was working on a project. We needed a few dry walls to be cut to specific measurements. Mr. Jose Rodrigues in the lumber section was very helpful and friendly. He is truly an asset to this location. The cashier, Ms. Jennifer was also very polite and friendly. Defiantly going back to this location.

Amazing customer service! The energy in the entire store was great. They weren’t able to answer some of my detailed questions, but they did so with grace and humility and a spirit of service. Great Job!!!

I had an order that went array and Dee at the customer service vent backwards to make it right. Even though it took a while I was very happy. So long as people go in knowing that something was wrong and be human about things(not get irate or totally upset) the team will help . Be kind and they will not only be kind but make it worth your while to make things right. All you have to do is say please and thank you. Thank you Dee!!!

Bought a Rheem Water Heater but HOLLY was our MVP of the day today. What a wonderful Lady Holly is...... Jack back in Plumbing was a very nice and knowledgeable man.

Worst Experience EVER. Could go on for days but just know that Home Depot (not just Joliet) only work with 1 company in all of Chicagoland for their Pro Services to measure and install interior doors. Jen the owner is very unorganized and runs her business from her cell phone all while never “in front of her desk”. She’s crass, rude and very unprofessional. Hope Home Depot finds another partner in the Chicagoland area because RF Doors aint cutting it.

I am building a new home and received such kind and attentive designer services in ordering Bali Shades. I worked with Priscilla, and she is the best! In the two days I spent looking at shades, you can feel the warm welcome of all the employees working at the Joliet #1962 store! Great job, Joliet 1962! And great job, Priscilla! THANK YOU.

Christie at the self checkout was very friendly. She talked to everyone who walked by her and pointed people in the right direction. I was struggling with the key machine and she showed me how to make the copies very quickly. It's nice to see someone so friendly to people because it's rare these days

they are really helpful, and doing all their best to do their job very well. I like people who are working in this store, they are friendly.

Usually go to the Shorewood location but were in the area so we came to Joliet. They were so much more organized & really friendly! I'll definitely be coming back here next month! Amazing job!

Looking for several Milwaukee M18 tools and Simon in the tool dept has consistently been helpful to me on my several trips. He walks me to product and has even helped me load items in my truck. Great job Simon!

I went to Home Depot for some paint. When I ask one of the man behind the counter, he just pointed (with his finger) to the aisle. So I went to his coworker and she walk with me to this products. I'm really appreciate for her time, smile and knowledge. I assumed that the other guy maybe do not know nothing about his job like she did. I do not remember her name :-(

I purchase a washer and dryer Sue B. customer service was amazing. She was very patient and gave great advice. I became a Pro Xtra member and received $100 dollars off my purchase. Thanks Sue for all your help. Job well done.

In the last 10 days I have been offered EXCELLENT CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE by several store employees. 3 names I remember are Jackie, Ashlynn and Jose. They were all very helpful in addressing my needs.

I was really happy with the home depot appliance team, They continue to offer the best top of the line name and the best prices compared to others. Sue was the best helper in the Joliet store. Could not ask for a better asssociated to help in all appliance matters

This store has the best staff, whether I need paint, concrete advise or electrical and plumbing supplies. They always have someone to help you, even to load your items. I have been going to this store for about 5 years and never had a bad experience, if they didn't Have an item I was looking for they would check with another Home Depot store that might.

I purchased a garage door opener and it was an very good experience.

The Home Depot Survey does not specifically outline the mention of employees. And so I forgot to mention her. Rosie at the Joliet location made up for an experience that I had with a different associate. Some people are not at work to work and any question just aggravates them and they let the customers know it. But that was not the case with Rocelia "Rosie." Thank you Rosie for being patient and helpful!

Priscilla on numerous occasions has gone above and beyond to help me getting questions answered, helping me with my quotes and finalizing my purchase. She is extremely helpful and i wish other store employees were like her. Juan was also extremely helpful and made sure my quote was properly adjusted and i left the store happy with my purchase. He helped me open up a Home Depot card and thoroughly explained the program. These two are awesome!
