Friendly workers, clean store, and plenty of product for sale items. Unhappy that they have have huge shopping carts that make you want to fill them up. But then the checkout lines were quick and I was happy again.

The associates were friendly and helpful. The store was very clean and we were able to get help because Todd in lumber came up to us and asked if he could help us which is great because we did not have to go and try to find help!!! We liked the convenience of being able to have our Plywood cut for us...do not know of another store that does this.

Kinda hard to find help at times 2 bad experiences and 2 good so 50/50 shot?? But than again its retail and it shows when people have little to no experiance or are not trained properly. How hard is it to say I dont know let me call someone else or let me get a supervisor instead of no or I dont know and walk away???

I live near Bloomington, IL and my Home Depot didn't have the bullnose tile I needed to finish my project. It was backordered and no ETA of arrival. I saw the stock at the Joliet store and called. I got a great person named Andrew! He bent over backwards for my happiness and to secure the tile I needed! This guy knows how to take care of his customers! Thank you Andrew!! Good work man!!

Plenty of employees around if I needed help. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. Great variety of products available. The store is organized and it's very easy to find anything you're looking for.

Need to improve in customer service training, young lady by the name of Aliah treated me quite bad, her demeanor was terrible towards me, she claimed the sale was expired on April 21st and ripped the signs of display and then later realized it was barely April 9th and didn't even Apologize for her mistake, he coworkers agreed with me about her attitude and recommended me to fill out the survey on line.. All I wanted was fertilizer, thanks Aliah now I'm upset for stupid mistake you made.

Everyone here I’ve dealt with has been very friendly and knowledgeable. The cashiers/register personnel are always great. The returns I did today were handled perfectly. I love the store, and come here for all of my home improvement needs. It’s nice and close, and I was laid off recently, so I have to walk to get what I need. Times are hard, so I appreciate your help. Thank you.

Everyone I had contact with was extremely helpful and pleasant. Rasa went above and beyond to help me save money with purchase and installation service. She's a real asset for the store. Mateo was very kind and helpful too. Thank you for making a this a wonderful shopping experience. I will be going back again.

Im always buy in this store because always has my items on stock. Always is clean and the stuff are so helpful.

Store needs more training or better employees to provide better customer service. It was non existent when we tried getting help with christmas tree.

If I do need help, I just seem to have to walk around or go to the cashiers to get someone. That's it!

Bad product. Not only do they put useless items on the shelf on clearance, but you buy supposedly new stuff, you open the sealed box only to find it's been used and missing pieces. Then they won't refund your money.

I’m mad and disappointed. I just looked at the website and typed in the SKU for the items I already purchased just 2 days ago. After adding the washer and dryer I had already bought, my information, and all the promos it automatically applied, I see I could have saved over $150. The employee said we should get it that day while we were in store to lock in the best price and now I see if we waited a couple days, we could have saved money and gotten the washer and dryer just two days later. Not happy with this company right now. Pros: friendly staff (con: unknowledgeable). Clean store with protection in place for COVID-19.
