I purchased the last of the Spiral trees and was ONLY given a $4 discount on it. No other store carried it in stock and or it was not coming in anymore. I wish there is a better service for when purchasing a display model that is not sold in a box and it’s a bit dirty.

I am very happy with the costumer service I received at my last visit to Home Depot! I got this new tile there about a week ago and I am pleasantly surprise with the looks and quality of this product! I love my new flooring! Thanks also to the employee lady who helped decide on the colors of grout and type of tile! I definitely recommend this product!

I was very happy I met Jason from Lumber to help me. He immediately dropped what he was doing and cut 2 sheets of 1/2" playwood to custom lengths for me. Very courtous and pleasant young man. Thanks Jason and good luck with everything. You have a winning attitude already!

Employees were more focused on talking to each other instead of helping customers. I approached a self-checkout that had the light on and was on, I scanned my items without issue and had problems with the card reader. It would not work with the chip or swiping it. When I asked for help, the cashier said, "That's why it was empty" no apology, just cleared my items, left it on, no signage, and the light above still on so someone else would fall victim. I said, "How was I to know, there is no indication it is broken." No concern, just returned to their conversation annoyed with me.

This store employees helped me to get my small project done with the biggest smiles ever, I would go shopping there versus the Saint Cloud store.

Go see Matt in the paint department...he's the best!

If you need to place and order for anything that you need, please look for Jnai Edmond, she is the best!

I been coustomer of this Home Depot for many years and Johnny Rivera his my go to person . He always go beyond his department to make sure I revived all my needs through my projects. Even if is not his department

Older staff member supervising self check out was extremely rude, yelling at customers like we were in first grade. Very very poor experience and I wouldn’t return to this location.

I went to this store and decided to buy a item for my patio , with missing part, wasn't a issue because quickly was resolved by a Emmanuel who helped in timely manner, courtesy and time. I am very pleased with Mr Albert i very patient . Thank you.

We did'nt have a hard time buying what type and size of window we wanted. Julio Candelario the person who help us, he was very kind and so helpful.

I was having a problem with lifting stones and Albert saw that and called an employee to help me. When I checked out he called Michael to help me load my items into my car.

The Home Depot associate name Kerina was very rude and not helpful at all, one of the worst I have had to deal with at your establishment. I would recommend this associate get retrained ASAP. I'm very reluctant to shop at this store anymore.

Home depot always gives amazing customer service. I totally love home depot.

Had to go to the store to place a special order, can’t do it over the phone or online. Oh, and after a 45 minute drive - you can’t do it on weekends. Second trip - got it ordered, estimated arrival 2/14 (7 days). Seems long but it will arrive just in time. 2/14 - check my order status and the automated system says it’s been received and I’ll be notified when it’s prepared. Talk to a person - vendor hasn’t even shipped it, estimated arrival is 3/3. VERY DISAPPOINTING!
