The Home Depot associate name Kerina was very rude and not helpful at all, one of the worst I have had to deal with at your establishment. I would recommend this associate get retrained ASAP. I'm very reluctant to shop at this store anymore.

Home depot always gives amazing customer service. I totally love home depot.

Had to go to the store to place a special order, can’t do it over the phone or online. Oh, and after a 45 minute drive - you can’t do it on weekends. Second trip - got it ordered, estimated arrival 2/14 (7 days). Seems long but it will arrive just in time. 2/14 - check my order status and the automated system says it’s been received and I’ll be notified when it’s prepared. Talk to a person - vendor hasn’t even shipped it, estimated arrival is 3/3. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

This location had the best selection of products and the staff members are kind and professional.

I walked in to speak to customer service about using my store credit with them so they can order what I needed since I couldn’t use the store credit online, a woman told me no that I had to use the store credit in store. Luckily I ran into Grant and asked him, he ended up ordering what I needed using the store credit. I had the best experience because of Grant ! Thank you for being knowledgeable

Customer service was very good. Very helpful especially when you need a hand to bring you stuff in your car.

In today's society it's hard to find genuine people and John is definitely one of them, i work in hospitality so i know just how demanding customers can be, but to have a positive attitude up until the end of shift isn't easy but he had i. I always appreciate a good conversation and manners so thank you John you deserve a raise!!!!

My husband and I shop in this store for almost 2 years now and we always have good customer service. Employees answer our questions and help us as much as they can.

We had a great experience on our trip to Home depot. We usually shop at their competitors, but we will make the change if the customer service is like this every visit.

Kissimmee location in W Vine st had the best staff! Compared to where I live in Pennsylvania. They were helpful, sincere and care about their customers!

went looking for a bathroom cleaner for the shower glass an found it instantly
