I came into the store and needed many items from many departments. I am a disabled honorably discharged Vet. At every department I was greeted by someone to help me. Laurie in tools, Craig in plumbing and Audrie at checkout!!! A++ Team!!!

During my self-checkout, I had problems using my Home Depot gift card, April noticed my problems and volunteered her assistance in the most pleasant way possible. I was impressed. Of course, I also got great deals on two Husky tool sets.

I had a full cart after finding all the items I had come to purchase. One of the staff went out of their way to help me with 2 big sheets of plexiglass, from pulling them off the shelf, to getting to check out and even loading them into my truck. I was so thankful and got all my shopping done!

They have everything we need for home repairs, up grades, remodeling, and the wait period is quick. The pricing is very reasonable. They offer many services of installation.

I was in this store looking to buy a Ryobi pole hedge trimmer. First it took me awhile to find an associate to help me find the item and second there was only one of them available and it was open box. The trimmer did not come with a charger or the battery so I had no choice but to buy another tool that comes with compatible battery and charger. Would like to see more options and tools in inventory.

Just moved down here and I am so happy that we found a store that has people that know their job and are willing to help you!! Like Jennifer, TK, AND THE man in the lumber dept.(sorry did not get his name) helped me get piece of wood for top of my file cabinet. Really helpful.

Amy Jo is an incredible person. We relied on her expertise and experience to help us with our first home remodel. Tile, countertop, backsplash, coordinating paint colors, etc…She steered us in the right direction and gave us honest advice. We are grateful to have met Amy Jo. She is the best!

I bought a 12 ft skeleton from this store and employees went above and beyond to help me purchase and load into my car. Amy Yook was especially helpful as were the manager. They were welcoming from the time I entered the store til loaded in my car. If i didnt live an hour away this would always be my store!!!

Men delivering dishwasher arrived today. Even though I paid for the installation of the new and hauling of the old, they refused to do so. When we asked for a name, they said it "didn't matter". They acted like rude, tough guys. I rejected the delivery. This is probably their MO and they just put some bogus reason for the non-completion or rejection.

I tend to have fairly pleasant experiences while making a trip to Home Depot, however, today was far from any other experience. Went in to Home Depot to get a miter saw with my two children (4m and 3yr old) and put them in a cart because I figured I could put it underneath. The box ended up being a little too tall, so I decided to just try to push it with my foot while holding the cart in front. While making my way to the check out I was passed by about 5 associates who saw me pushing the cart and miter saw. And NONE of them offered any type of assistance. I was offered loading assistance, which I accepted, once I got to the check out and funny enough was helped checking out when I had already located the barcode to scan. This experience made me think about leaving the box where I was in the middle of the walk way and drive almost 10 miles away to another Home Depot. Because while the item is exclusively sold at Home Depot, it is not just specially sold at this location. Definitely will keep this experience in mind while I’m running errands while my partner is at work. I don’t know if it’s because I am a black women who is perceived to be strong and not worthy of help, but a little human decency would have gone a long way. The quality and value are high rating because this review has nothing to do with the actual product purchased.

I noted online that this store had the appliance I was needing to see. I needed to make measurements on it before making a possible purchase. The customer service employee helped me to find it, and as a result, I ordered it to be delivered to my home.

The store is neat and clean and the prices are great. The employees are very friendly and helpful. This particular trip required a complicated request to customer service. She was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and obviously loves her job and helping people. What a nice experience!

I only provided two small, dime size paint chips. They cleaned and scanned them to determine my colors. Brought the paint home and perfect match. Ross and Jim in paint are extraordinary employees. Very helpful and friendly!!

This Home Depot in Spring, TX, is by far the best shopping experience I’ve had at one of their stores and it is extremely clean/organized. The staff are very helpful and exhibited very positive attitudes.

Checkout clerk Kim was super helpful and polite. He helped us get the right number of tiles for our project and said he would return the partial box for us. Made the whole experience great. Store was also neat and well organized.
