I bought garden plants, very nice healthy plants

I did have to look around to find someone to help me in the garden section. I waited about 3 minutes for Mike from the gardening section to come over. I did notice that Mike said: 'good morning' to everyone he passed along the way. He picked up all of the heavy bags of granite, pea pebbles etc that I requested, followed me down to check-out and loaded up everything in my vehicle. Wished me a 'good day' and thanked me for doing business with Home Depot. Thanks Mike.

The folks who work here are great and make you feel like you matter to them personally.

Good Employees Not various items

I am new to gardening and was working on a project. I almost bought the wrong soil and Dave saved me! He even educated me on what to use. I appreciate it how they were cards at the garden center and the great specials. .

The weed and feed has worked wonders on my yard in Cedar Park.

Only writing this review because the survey indicated the store was #0509, which it was not. I purchased my items at #0518 in Sherman, TX.

If your planing to do tile work and have no idea what you are doing find Sharon in home decor she's the best

I was helped in this home depot store by Fabiola from Flooring, she was just above and beyond. She was knowledgeable, informative, and very courteous & patient. It was a great experience especially when purchasing a new home.

We were shopping at Home Depot for several items when we began looking at Tuff Sheds. We met with Alex and Yemane in the store and they not only took their time building our shed, but were able to complete our order. Everyone in this store was friendly and willing to assist in any needs.

Overall experience was very good. I purchased 3 ceiling fans and the store had special discount on buying 3 quantity which was amazing. Only negative thing I noticed - the 44" Clarkston II Chrome Nickel Ceiling Fan boxes had a lot of dust on them on all sides, infact all 3 boxes and I spent 10 minutes cleaning them with my car tissues and water before loading it in my car trunk. That could have been avoided.

I needed help with some paint I had bought at this store several days earlier. The staff was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone I dealt with made sure I had exactly what I needed. I was very happy with the experience.

It was shared that I have a $50 limit on returns without receipt?! They take my ID and put it on a store credit for me to use in store, why limit that amount? I've always counted on Home Depot to take my unused/unopened returns, but I guess that's changed now.

Today my cashier was BJ and he was awesome! Very nice and friendly - just a pleasure to deal with. He left a touch of joy in my heart.

I have explained in detail the horrible experience and disrespectful comments made by the cashier Diego, Get out and don't have a heart attack.,,,,After the sale I said you're welcome Diego said, "you're welcome." Implying he was doing me a favor. No Thank you was offered.

BJ in the outdoor area was very helpful and fast. I was in and out in a busy sunday

We routinely visit here to buy things, but what is fun is that my 9 year old loves to join me and he had asked for a birthday gift card from home depot so this week was really excited to shop and after some while got a tool kit. Kristin the cashier made him feel really special as he was checking out and he loved it. Every now and then there will be a small delay when it comes to finding somebody to help on something but overall the employees are always available and very helpful.

Jared was helpful, this store is organized with the product start on the shelf. Best Home Depot I’ve been to coming from San Antonio.
