This is the location closest to my house and it also happens to be the one I've never had an issue with long lines or over crowding. Both checkout and returns are pretty quick. On my last visit I was helped by an lady named Donna who was courteous and friendly and helped me with what I needed right away.

I frequently visit this store throughout the year. Customer service doesn't disappoint.

This was the worst shopping experience. I've had in awhile. nobody wanted to help me. The cashier was more concerned with discussing video games with his buddy. Then checking me out of the line. If Home Depot has customer service classes, all the employees that worked on Sunday April 29th. needs to attend.

I brought a G E washer machine form this store. It works well.

I purchased a Bissell vacuum. It only lasted through two vacuums at my house when the belt broke. I purchased a new Hoover because I had had one for nine years earlier with no problems.

I usually shop here between 8-12 and when I go in later it seems like the employees don’t want to help. Not the case today. A couple employees really went above and beyond, from helping me get the heavy items off the shelf and then also into my truck.kris and drew awesome customer service!

If you’re very fortunate, you will get to shop (and even return stuff) to this store (greatly helps you and them if you buy under a pro ID). In a world where “Customer Support” is a phrase given lip service but no wheels, the team at the Lakewood, CO West Alameda store is a tight, well-oiled, affable group of individuals who work together as a unit to provide the best possible customer experience that they can - observed chronically - even in difficult circumstances of all kinds). They also demonstrate a high tolerance of sad jokes which makes shopping there tgat much more rewarding.

I go to this Home Depot once , some times more but every time it’s a great experience. Everyone is polite and friendly, I highly recommend this store for your shopping needs.

Cashier Tammra was amazing and went out of her way to jump on a register and get me cash back that I needed for Christmas gifts for my nephew's. 10/10 and 5 stars for both Tammra and Nick the lead who helped me out today! Best customer service I’ve ever had at a Home Depot and I spend a lot of time at different Home Depot stores as I’m an electrician and am constantly getting materials here!

I was in the store selling speciality light bulbs and Hagen came to my rescue! So wise and patient. He was wonderful!

Been a customer since it’s opening, but now the aggressive loiterers at the entrance/exit make me feel very unsafe.

I was only looking to get a sander. After speaking with an associate I ended up buying 6 power tools in total. The best part of this purchase is that I paid less for all 6 then if I just paid for the sander. Thanks for the info and caring enough to help me make a better decision cheaper. This experience has made my day and I am very appreciative. Thank You.

They had what we needed and helped us find it.

Plant selection is lopsided. Way too much Basil (giving the impression it’s the only herb on the plant), not enough of other herbs or sometimes none, only large sizes of plants with none in smaller sizes of the same plants. Options very limited.

We had questions about our plumbing problems in our new (OLD) house. Kim was awesome in helping us find what we needed to fix rusty plumbing under the kitchen and bathroom sinks. She seemed to know her department very well. We have never been so confident about doing it ourselves but after talking with her, we know it wont be that hard to fix the small stuff. Thank you Kim!

The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I want to give a big shout out to Bobby for helping us with our Christmas Tree. Bobby let us know what he was doing to prep the tree for us and gave us instructions for at home. He tied our tree and he made sure that it was secure for the drive. He really is an asset to your organization and I would like to recognize him for going above and beyond.

This is my go-to home Depot! Well stocked, clean, great customer service!

I went in to buy a light bulb and Todd Tabor took the time to help me find the correct one by looking it up. He also was super friendly and seemed to be doing his job really well by taking care of the cashier's

I went in the store looking for a product and one associate really didn’t want to look for a product he simply said if it’s not on the shelf that they just did not have it. But thank God for kortney, she did take that as an answer and looked anyway and found what I desperately needed to finish a job on the shelf above. So happy she took the time to look.

Employees helped me find a weird sized piece of hardware and had great attitudes while doing so.

I really liked the choices for LVP flooring. Sharon in Flooring is very customer oriented and was wonderful through the entire transaction, from order to actual refund of installation costs. She was a great advocate for me. However would not recommend using Home Solutions (the installation company). The installers are not skilled enough to tell if a cement floor actually needs leveling or not. Find your own installers.

Heidi in the garden center is extremely rude and sarcastic. The last columbine was half dead. I asked if she could help me add a little water. Nobody else there but me. She said home Depot doesn't have water. Yet I tried on the hose not 20 ft away. I asked a second employee. He said he didn't work there but had a unform. Don't come here!

If I was rich, Home Depot would be my very own garage.

This store is closest to my home. It’s friendly, well stocked, what I have grown to expect from any Home Depot.

Dante and Dannie were great employees. Helped get product from beginning to end without any complaints. And even loaded in car without asking, being a person on oxygen and limited lung function it was nice to have younger generation stepping up and helping without gripes.

Home Depot changed the way I get my Veterans Discount. The cashier said that now I need to put their app on my phone and register through the app to get the discount. This is unacceptable. I do not want their app. I want to show my veteran ID and get my discount as I did before. Restaurants and other vendors don't make me put their apps on my phone. If a DD214 is not good enough for them, then I will take my business elsewhere.
