This store has a lot of great, helpful folks working there. It's pretty clean and well stocked and they usually have what I'm looking for. Not much to complain about!

Special orders are always damaged or misplaced where their not found and just make you waist your time for nothing. All delays!!!

Clearance items are not clearly marked, a 12pk is sold each item in the 12pk

It was an excellent store for things that I need specially at may new home there's a lot things to do.

The hardware manager was extremely rude and had ZERO customer skills!! A product was stocked wrong, usually at any other store they give you the price that the item was stocked at. The hardware manager blamed the contractors and customers for the item being in the wrong spot even though there were boxes behind the item(it was obvious it was stocked wrong). She did not offer to give it to me for the price or a discount or anything. Not even an apology , which would have made me happy. As I was walking away, I heard her talking to another customer about my situation, very unprofessional !!!

Knowledgeable staff but I was guided into buying two Ridgid Power Tools(a drill kit and finish nailer), when I got home the nailer was air powered. Just annoying.

This store is clean and the employees are kind and genuine, it's also so so pet friendly and its a nice place to take your dog during the pandemic. This is by far my favorite store to shop in they can even help you get what you are looking for from a different store if they don't have the product you are looking for.

The employee richard an older gentleman greeted others and my self as well as we were coming in "hello good afternoon welcome to the homedepot" with a big smile made my day just made me feel very welcome. Also the employee in the paint department which i didnt get his name but a younger guy also helped me find what i needed instead of just sending me away. Also the greeter at the self checkout was very friendly. I appreciate the time you take to train your employees overall. Great experience. Thank you!

The store was clean and the staff was very helpful. I went in expecting it to be a long drawn out process of finding someone to help me, but to my pleasant surprise someone was waiting at the entrance who cheerfully directed be to the appliance area. When I got to the area and was looking for a new range a lady came up and asked me if I needed assistance. I told her that I was looking for a GE range that was on sale. I had seen it on my phone. She asked a few of the particulars, then looked for the item with me. She said it looked as if that model was not on the floor, but she looked it up on her device. The one I wanted was on sale but not on the floor, so to assist me in making my decision she showed me one that was similar on the floor. I asked about the air fry and convection oven and she explained everything to my satisfaction and the deal was done. The whole thing took about 15 minutes. I was extremely pleased with the experience.

Here I am heading to Home Depot again to troubleshoot another project. This time it involves replacing very old vertical blinds. Don, was the person that helped me. He was very cool, patient and helpful in getting me the right items to get this project completed. Thank you Home Depot and once again Don. Looking forward to what project awaits me next!

Came in to troubleshoot a couple options regarding installing brackets for a window blind in a old home that had metal and plaster around the frame of the window. Mark is who I bumped into and he totally stepped up to help me figure out which option was mostly likely the one to go with. He also brought me to the isle (didn't just point to it), and helped me figure out a possible solution. Thank you kindly again Mark! I know you all deal with a lot of happy (and sometimes grumpy) guests/ customers throughout the day, but your attention to me made me feel as if I was the only person there needing help. Appreciated you taking the time for me. Until my next visit, everyone please stay healthy & safe.

I found what I needed - staff could have been friendlier but overall good job.

Store and manufacturer do not stand behind Samsung appliance that a piece is broken before we could even use the new dryer due to the people setting up didn’t do and we had to. Do not purchase Samsung appliances because they do not stand behind products, $2300 for a washer and dryer that I now regret buying, I should have kept my Kenmore, they still worked great after 10 years, I thought updating would be nice but was I wrong. Bad part is a $50 piece is going to cost you more due to word of mouth. Do not purchase Samsung from Home Depot , neither stand behind warranty.

The staff are not following basic safety procedures.

I have shopped at Home Depot for 30 years the one in Arvada, I would usually avoid the one on South Pierce because I’ve always heard that it wasn’t that good of a store today your employee changed my mind that Store did an outstanding job of helping me and they were very well-stocked

The Lakewood Home Depot is clean and is taking extra precautions during COVID. The items I needed were in stock. The overall experience was positive.

I purchased a Milwaukee tool combo set on clearance, when I got home I found multiple pieces missing (a battery, a charger, and drill). The team made no effort to correct the situation, and just wanted to provide a refund without even the smallest concession towards a comparable set that actually had all the pieces.

I visit this store a lot so I know my way around but there is always people to help me.
