I shop here frequently and the staff is always helpful and welcoming!

No one in this store knows what’s going on. Everything is secured so you need an employee to buy anything, then you have to wait for that employee to find another employee, so they can find the right employee to remove a security tag… super efficient.

After a terrible experience at another location, I was treated like royalty as soon as I asked for help at the Lebanon store. They seemed happy I was there and we're very accommodating. I just wish the store was bigger.

We were pleasantly assisted in purchasing several appliances!

I bought a patio rug and when I unrolled the rug it had a weave defect. I returned the rug and the store kindly exchanged it for another rug that was made correctly!

This Home Depot location had employees willing to help at every turn. We ended up having one employee volunteer to help us find the best products for several applications related to moving into our new home.

I received outstanding service from Colby in the garden section. He happily located and retrieved (from a pallet) a large planter that I had been trying to find. Very grateful for such attentive help.

I was excited to purchase mulch for five bags at ten dollars. My nephew went to a competitor store earlier today and purchased twelve bags of mulch for fifty dollars. I also noticed that the bag of mulch was smaller in content.

My buying experiences are always made better by the exceptional staff at the Lebanon location. Smiles and pleasant, professional attitudes are the norm. They have consistently gone above and beyond in making my shopping experiences positive. Within the last 3 weeks I've worked with Amanda, Sierra and Cat, and each one of these professionals have answered my questions, steered me in a good direction, and saved me money and time.

Jake in the lumber department is always very helpful and courteous. I am in your store several days a week and he is always there with a smile and offering to help. Kudos to Jake for a wonderful display of quality customer service.

I went to this location to look at cabinets for a laundry room upgrade. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by staff who were friendly and helpful. The store looked very festive with Christmas decor items. The kitchen section had a huge selection and knowledgeable staff. Great location! Will definitely shop there again.

This is the place for lumber

Only because it is close. Staff, particularly management, walked away from us as we told them we were buying a large ac unit. No offer of assistance, even after we yelled, "Don't walk away." Cara, outstanding team member, heard us and came from another aisle to assist and also help load in the car. Shame on the management, kudos to Cara!

Overall associates are friendly and helpful. There are a couple that I would say are not "customer service" focused. They helped, but the way they helped would have be considered brassy.

Was looking for a mini fridge. Looking on homedepot.com Found what I wanted, but said to check with the store due to limited quantities. Called. A (young sounding) woman check for the availability and said they had one. Although I offered to finish the sale on line (for in store pick up) she offered to take care of it on the phone. Was professional, well mannered and very sweet. Asked if I would be picking up or someone else. Added the additional name and informed me of procedure for pickup. Perfect customer service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We went in to buy supplies to build a floating deck. We gave them the dimensions and our list. John and Maria were extremely kind and helpful. We recommend this store. The material were delivered timely and placed on our driveway very neatly so we could still park on it. Thanks to all of you!
