I came to Home Depot looking for Poly foam caulk Saver I had asked 2 employees if they can help me find this items, the first employee referred me to another employee that employee referred me to aisle 24 I looked at aisle 24 did not see the item I was gonna give up until I asked one more employee as I was walking out, employees name Rose or Rosie she was cheerful and helpful and knew exactly where to go to get it. She asked me if I needed help, then proceeded to help me get the door threshold and door sweeper oh and new mailbox numbers.

Safe location. Superior service. Bilingual and well trained, crossing over to hand off customers to the correct department to help.

I have only had one bad experiene in the over 23 years I have been visiting your store. A checker (Dolly) in the return line stepped away from her computer for at least 5 minuets to talk to her friends, even though the line to return was running out the door. Otherwise, HD is doing an awesome job with customer service.

A lady named Nannette helped me ordering Microwave. She is the best!

Items were not so plentiful but help was around the corner.

I always have a great experience at the Lemon Grove Home Depot! Today was no exception. Employee Blaise in plumbing was extremely knowledgeable and kind. We were thankful for his help.

A front line employee named "Rainy" is a STAND OUT EMPLOYEE!! She is constantly friendly and helpful when I make my purchases at the Lemon Grove, Ca store!! I always seek her out when checking out! Employees like her should also receive EXCEPTIONAL COMPENSATION! A living wage! Please make sure to address this!!

Don’t bother with this location. If you have lumber or a large order it’s still self check out only. I’d say the service is bad, but you’d have to see a human to count as service first. Buying lumber with questionable or missing barcodes at self checkout isn’t a thing that should occur. And you won’t get loading assistance without human interaction.

Employees think they work at a dive bar

I liked the new self check out system that's now in place. The lines move much more efficiently with less wait time. I particularly noticed one particular employee ("Rainy?"), making sure the flow to a register was offered and asking if I needed help to let her know. She made the process very positive and inviting, often taking care of multiple registers and guests at the same time!! Please make sure she is compensated a living wage in San Diego!!

A very helpful and courtesy employee, named Rainy, helped me download the Veteran's App on my phone so that I receive my military discounts at Home Depot.

A cashier named "Rainy" was extremely courteous and helpful in making sure I had everything I needed for my home 🏡 improvement project! She was also very efficient in checking me out in a time manner!! Employees like this need to be compensated far above minimum wage ($25-$30/hour)!! They make a HUGE difference in the perception of a store!!

No CASHIERS at Home Depot. ALL was self-checkout, I don't work for them and they do not pay me a salary so I am not going to self-checkout.

I was in the cleaning product section and a guy was on a ladder, and he came all the way down to help me look for a bleach bottle and I was so glad he did because I got exactly what I needed!

I left feeling not only satisfied with the service but genuinely impressed by the human touch in retail. Even though the store was super busy, the folks in Gardening were very nice and helpful. I was able to find the top soil I needed, even though this is a smaller Home Depot store. Great variety of plants too.

I spent over 8,000 dollars on material for fencing at my home, and the job went far to bad, so here I was stressed out on returning all this material that I no longer needed totaling about 13 pallets. God sent me to Terry at the Service Desk and there was LIGHT !!!!! Thank you HomDepot for Having Terry there.

I love Home Depot for the great selections of product they provide. Home Depot is close to my home and that makes it very convenient for me. The product is HIGH QUALITY. I bought my last stool plunger from Home Depot. I never have to buy another. I spent a lot of money buying cheap stool plungers, no more.
