I would like to Thank Evelyn in Customer Service for assisting me with my return. I would like to give Angel in the Paint Dept. a Big Shout out for helping both times that i visited his area in the same day. Angel is very Professional and really knows his stuff. I appreciate the time and effort that he gave me.

Art was super knowledgeable professional, personable, super super friendly, extremely educated, & obviously has customer service as his number one priority for not just the Lemon Grove location but the Home Depot company as a whole. He was what you might consider THE ideal representation of the Home Depot image that a company could ask for out of one of its employees. Art not only deserves a raise, but if he isn't already a part of your management team, you have no better person fit for the job!

Home Depot is the "Best" when it comes to finding great products at a competitive price.

What took an hour to find only takes minutes now

This store stays pretty busy from being close to the freeway and in and center city. All and all it's a good store if you know where things are then it's easier to get out quickly.

I went in to return something and waited 20 minutes while the staff helped very needy customers not even recognizing the need for more staff as the return line grew. There was no apology given for the wait. When I tried to talk to another staff member about my horrible experience, he just looked at me and said nothing!!! I will think twice before going to this location. The customer service is extremely poor.

The lady that helped me, Angelica, actually saved me a lot of money by offering me a coupon which allowed me to ship my item for free instead of the $55.00 charge.

I bought a Generator and missed placed the receipt on returning the product because I needed a bigger one they gave me store credit. Upon using the credit the funds were zero'd 0000 out. They said there's nothing they can do because I didn't have a receipt to prove it. Over a grand gone! Deceitful jerks (I learned the hard way, hold on to your receipts) but now with a pro account it makes returning alot easier with all receipts saved to my personal account! Lemon Grove still sucks!

The Lemon Grove Home Depot Store is my "go to" location for real estate home improvement!! The store is almost always fully stocked and with helpful employees to assist. Specifically, I would like to mention an exceptional employee at this store named "Rainy." I've had many transactions with her as a cashier over the last few years, and consistently find her pleasant and efficient!! Futhermore, "Rainy" is always helpful in tracking down items for me.. If I have one input request for this employee, it would be to please compensate her well for her longevity and commendable work performance!!! She absolutely deserves it and should be recognized for it where it counts...the pocketbook! "Rainy" is a great role model for what GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE is all about!!

No one wanted to help getting something out of a cage Wasted about half an hour just getting someone to open it And let's not talk about the rental section They have a really bad attitude
