I bought base that I needed quickly and it was in stock

I'm not a handy man, I rarely visit home depot but on occasion will stop in... last 2 times I've been here noone helps... 1st visit I needed some bathroom floor stuff went in and needed to locate stuff, I tried to approach several employees who don't even look at you when passing by them and I ask question I get a annoyed answer.. 2md time was for sheet rock.. approached 1st person I saw got a huff then pointed to where I needed to go. Get to area all I see is huge sheets which I don't need.. tried to locate someone but noone down this end of Store had to walk to customer service across whole store to wait in line .. after waiting on line with 4 people before me and only one worker so I walked all the way back to section and found a worker asked about not needing whole sheet and person didn't know if they'd cut it so found some small pieces and purchased them and left.. this company sucks noone wants to help

Store was clean and workers were pleasant

So the cashier couldn't have been more smug, sarcastic and nastier. I will NEVER go back to this store! I would travel as long as it took just to NOT go back to this store. Even if fuel is $6.00 a gallon. shame on her!

Extraordinary customer service from the sales associate in the paint section. Jared grabbed a pallet from the top of the aisle and pulled a gallon of paint from the bottom of a full pallet. He showed tremendous patience and customer service.

Guys did a great job installing my flooring. Clean and near. They came out great. Finished in 1 day.

Waited in garden for 25 minutes. Approached 3 employees for help while they made an announcement help was needed over the intercom. Still received no help.

There is a cashier working there that is so great!!!!! He makes sure you get the right treatment that is very rare to find in a person his name is Jerome thanks Jerome I told you I would say something nice about you Keep up the good work!!!

Lodi Store #0932 is the best Home Depot in the area! The Garden Department is immaculate, well-stocked and a great place to shop.

IT A NICE PLACE FOR ALL TOOLS.

A YOUNG SALE WOMAN ASSISTED ME IN MY PURCHASE AND CUT AT LEAST 15 MINUTES OFF MY TIME BY ASSISTING ME IN MY SELECTION. SHE WAS VERY PLEASANT AND KIND.

I was assisted by an associate at the self check register, she went beyond and assisted me with my purchase , i had a discount voucher and she ensured that i got my discount as per say the voucher

We purchased an Oil Filled Electric heater to use in a closed-in porch that was not part of the original home. It heats the area nicely.

Many associates walking around but NO ONE AVAILABLE TO ASSIST YOU. Also, no cashiers, ONLY self service.

i am shopping at h d because it provide good service and good items.

better quantities of stock on hand, accurate online inventory # and orderly bins than Paramus which is much closer to my home!

This store is very organized and employees usually always will guide you in the right direction if you need to locate something or need help with something.

You can find things you need easy. Neat and clean . Organized.

The store is very accessible to me at least, almost calling me in by the road. It's a warehouse big and full of all the stuff you'll need and want for your home and self. Staff are ubiquitous and friendly. Checkout is smooth and you get to enter a sweepstakes after. I just hope their after sale service is also as great. Haven't had any problem so far.

Customer service needs to improve , specifically the cashier named “Christian “

Great store that always has what I need in stock and if for some chance it doesn’t have a specific item I’m looking for-there generally is another item that’s just as good. The cashiers are friendly, quick, and efficient.

I have always had a pleasant experience at the Lodi. I have been coming there for years. I had my kitchen remodeled. I have purchased my washer and dryer. If I can't locate the item I'm looking for the employee's always take you to the aisle.

Tell me that Josephine does not have an attitude !!
