Nice place to shop however, they need more help

This Home Depot is absolutely the best Home Depot in the in the Harrisburg area. The store is bright and clean. Staff are consistently helpful, friendly, and patient with me. They always lift my spirits when I'm so cranky about having to do the home repair task that brought me to the store in the first place.

I usually don't want to bother anyone and try to figure things out on my own But, the Representative Dan was an absolute blessing. I'm beyond words that I was helped by him. Absolute epitome of what great service is.

Employee was Prompt to offer me assistance. Even asked if I needed anything else and did not just rush away after my first question. Cashier was super friendly and down to earth.

The employees are always helpful and answer my questions. They are cheerful and pleasant. Recently a Lady in the Light Bulb area helped us to find a special one.

Craig, the employee in Plumbing, was infinitely helpful and patient. As I fumbled thru my researched-only knowledge, and a list in your app, he looked at my plumbing photos, listened to my project needs, ànd advised me way beyond any videos I had watched at home. Four thumbs up from this household!

This is one of my favorite places to shop!

Always find something I need or just want. Check it out. They workers are always friendly and eager to assist you.

The title should explain it all. I would only add that an employee in the lumber department went above and beyond, which helped me with a special gift.

Needed 2 storm doors, and forgot my coupon that had been emailed to me; no problem for the Customer Service person who looked up the info and got me the discount! Professional and knowledgeable employees at Customer Service and the Millworks area.

My husband and I are fully updating our “new” old ranch house and have utilized practically every department! Our projects are turning out fantastic!

After receiving a copy of the contract via email, I realized that the "color" block was not filled in. Also, I am not sure that I will get the 18 month interest free finance as promised.

The store needs a complete overall of personnel

Came in with a problem, left with a solution and a smile ln my face. Outstanding team members. Very knowledgeable. Very patient.

I was redoing all of the fixtures in my powder room and had a list of things to get. This was a few months ago. I stopped to ask a female employee for help, she found every aisle on my list for each item which was for ten items. Then she took me to the register and rung them all up and wheeled my cart out to my car and put everything in the back of my SUV. Such service was above and beyond any ever received before. I gave her a big hug to say thank you!! Love Home Depot.

Jachelly greeted my mother and I with a smile. She was knowledgeable and showed my mother options so she could be confident in her purchase today. Jachelly was patient when listening to my mothers needs and questions. Which I like to see because my mother is older now and tend to feel rushed when dealing with younger customer service representatives. She felt quite the opposite with Jachelly. If you are in the market to buy any appliances ask for Jachelly. Knowledgeable, nice, amazing!!

I was looking for a particular size but did not know where to begin. I stopped one of the guys in the orange vest whose name was David. David was absolutely wonderful!! He took more than 30 minutes to find the tub unit- even getting on a forklift to search for the product. I discovered that David was the Manager of the store. What I appreciated was that he took the time to help me and did not stop until he found the product. He has great Customer Service Skills and yes "He Nailed IT!"

Workers are very nice and friendly.

This was the best experience at Home Depot we've ever had. Dennis attended to our inquiry right away, checked the stock and made certain we had help loading the workbench. He was awesome!

Sue was VERY rude! She was yelling at me in the store like I was her child. As I approached self-checkout, Sue rushed to self-checkout as I was checking out $30 worth of plumbing supplies, like I was going to steal it. I initially thought she was going to help me, but she didn’t say not a word to me. Sue, then started “non-chalantly” peering at the TWO ITEMS I was checking out, as if I was going to steal them. Then she proceeds to look over my shoulder while I checkout the two items. I tell her “I’m not stealing anything,” and for some reason she got upset about it. I should be the one upset that someone that makes less money than me is looking over my shoulder like I’m a criminal. She yelled at me in the middle of Home Depot stating that she said “Good Morning” to me and I was rude for not saying it back. She literally said nothing. I had a GREAT experience with an employee named GEORGE, whom I was with my entire shopping trip at Home Depot, so I couldn’t possibly be stealing! Unfortunately, the head cashier, Sue messed up my experience with this store. I called and spoke with Lorraine (manager) about the interaction, but I will be calling back to speak to the manager to make sure this gets addressed. Nobody should be treated like that. Especially a paying customer. Very rude!!

I was completely ignored by the store associates, including the cashier who was attending the self checkout register. Until I finished my purchase and was walking out of the store, she then yelled to me and asked to check my receipt. I only had one item (12v battery for riding mower). I asked if she didn't hear the register ask me if I wanted an e-receipt, which you'd have to be Deaf to not hear. She then checked my receipt and I was allowed to leave the store. I have never seen or heard of cashiers "checking" receipts.
