Had an order to pick up & service desk worker Amanda was very rude. She acted like it was an inconvenience to help us & was constantly rolling her eyes and heavy sighing while getting us the code for the locker containing our item.

Dave from flooring, helped with an appliance purchase towards the end of the night, during a meeting- an outside agency doing some work for HD, who was helpful in getting me some help. This was our 2nd purchase of appliances (for our son). Dave you did a great job. Thank you. DF-Dauphin

I have visited this store a few times as I work nearby. I stop in to get items for my apartment and DIY activities. This store is always clean, efficient, not crowded and items are always well stocked and easy to find. I hope this store stays this way!

We purchased a artifical Christmas tree and are very happy with it. It went together in 10 minutes.

The sales associate was extremely helpful and I was able to find a snow blower that's not easy to come by with the recent supply chain issues. The price was right and visiting the store was a great experience. They were quick to deliver my snow blower to my house the next day as well. Great experience overall!

This store is smaller than other Home Depots in the area. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Generally well stocked and clean.

If you need and appliance Lisa in appliances is the best she is very nice polite and listen to your needs, she gave exceptional customer service which I never had she is truly the best.

Store very friendly - knowledgeable staff. However older store (older Builder Square Location). Things are not to the quantity to surrounding locations and prices can varied between locations. Some low some higher, so suggest to compare shop to online between different locations. Otherwise, most times had the part or the tool need to get the job done or were most helpful ordering when not in stock or something of custom order. Very convenient to the area, just need a clean up to the location and layout to maybe “wow”. More of a contractor type store and could offer a few more pieces to help the residential home owner. Otherwise nice and courteous staff and easy access store.

We have found the employees all helpful in our purchasing and in finding things. The associates were never too busy to help. The store was clean as were the restrooms.

The store was clean, however the personnel could have been a litter more friendly. It appeared that most employees weren't intent on solving my problem. They kept passing the buck. Even when I spoke to the manager, she did not completely address my problem correctly. I should have been able to get in and out of that store in no more than a half hour. Instead we were there for over an hour just waiting to be helped. Finally on our way out, the older clerk lady made up for everthing we had gone through as she was very friendly and accomodating. She said have a great day.

It's just a great friendly well stocked store to shop in and I have knee and back problems and employees are always willing to assist me in loading heavy items in the back of my van or lumber onto my roof rack if necessary,

I highly recommend this store because of employee Lamar. This young man is exceptional! His product knowledge, communication skills, “Can Do” attitude and professionalism are fabulous and he elevates this store location. He expeditiously cut shelving for me, was incredibly informed about Defiant Locks and matching them, assisted further with Defiant corporate research of switching out old-sized deadbolts, helped me find screws for another project. This amazing young man is a leader who will elevate your store experience with old-school excellence!!! Lamar Leads!!! Ask for him! He deserves a promotion and makes this store a flagship!!
