Payton was exceptional! Not only was he focused, professional and patient for such a young person, but he took direction, worked w/ my husband as a “team” & had such a beautiful attitude & smile during such a stressful & difficult time with the Covid 19 epidemic! My husband is convinced he must have played sports as a youth to be that Good! A special consideration for Joe who jumped into action and sent Payton to help us. Joe was just as professional.where I thought he was a Supervisor!

I love Hd but it is not without its employee attitude problems gotta fight sometimes

Alicea was very nice to us during our visit. She was patient during the Processing of two carts full of Home Depot items at cash register. She helped me open a Home Depot card at the ninth hour before she was off work and we appreciate it. She was telling jokes that made me laugh and had a great smile and sense of humor. It made the experience much better. Thank you Alicea for your kindness, help and patience. We’ll come see you again. Also Mr. Bryan loves our puppy! He gave him treats several times and was telling him that would OK she’ll be back when I needed to go get rung up at the register. It’s the little things that make store visits more delightful. Thank you Mr. Bryan I’m sure Jack will come look for you and sniff his way to you the next time we come!

To say yes to recommending this store is qualified. You should know that the posted hours do not indicate your ability to make a purchase, I went in early yesterday, ready and eager to purchase a washing machine. The person sitting in the department seemed a bit startled that I wanted to this....and then explained that there would be no qualified sales people IN THE STORE (apparently including managers) until around 9 am...which was about 2 hours later. Yup- I asked if there was a single qualified individual to help me ( a customer with cash ready) and was told no. So if you know exactly what you need, know that it is in stock and can check out at self service, then yes, go there.

This store always seems to be neat and clean. The employees are always friendly and helpful. finding what I need is easy because I know this store, my location of choice. Sometimes they are out of stock on various plumbing items that I use, gets a little frustrating when I have to go elsewhere to get something.

This store is very convenient with super friendly employees. They usually have one or two employees who are very knowledgeable about products and DIY maintenance questions. I hate that some of the HD Exec team support Trump, but that isn't this particular store's fault.

Pete went out of his way to help us find something we needed. The employees are friendly and polite and really go over and beyond to help their customers! Thank you Pete! The supervisor was so thankful I told him about the customer service we received. Really amazing employees!

The customer service pickup help was great. When the box that they were going to give me was broken, they had no problem replacing it with another box that was in good condition (leading me to believe the contents are probably ok). They also helped load the box containing a heavy toilet into my vehicle. That was very nice.

The Martinez Home Depot is much easier to access than the Concord Store. On a busy Labor Day I was able to get immediate help in the paint department! Great job.

Justin from the Lumber Department was great! He was friendly, sufficient and knowledgable. Ask for Justin if you want to be treated like a Customer and want excellent Customer Service.

Got excellent customer direction and service from the moment I walked in. Got amazing customer service when they did not have 2 of the item I wanted.

This store is not only conveniently located but the staff is always ready and willing to assist customers.

We worked with Robin Cash to redesign our kitchen and order cabinets, etc. He knows his business! Very professional, polite and has a great sense of humor. Will definitely go back to him when we are ready to redo our bathrooms.

Perry assisted me in Nursery with very polite service and loaded my vehicle trunk after spreading plastic sheeting to contain any spills. Nice young man.

The staff goes above and beyond to help. We have recently had a project that required a lot of concrete. I never have to ask. The guys in the lot come with a fork lift and load it for me. They don't have to, but they do! Thanks so much for being kind!
