Careful when trying to return something without a receipt if you paid cash. I got questioned on how I expected to return something without a receipt. I explained to the cashier on how to do the return and got asked if I was lying or not. When she finished the return after I explained to her how to do her job (never worked at Depot before) she was shocked it worked and never apologized for questioning me.

Shopping is much easier when friendly, knowledgeable employees take time to help you.

I bought all my electrical needs to finish wiring my house. Joe in electrical was amazing!!

I found the vanity for our bathroom which was just what I was looking for ,with good workmanship put into the building if it . I had looked at a competitor merchandise and found their poorly made and not very sturdy .

A veritable knowledge-base on electrical fixtures, Joe amazed us with his in-depth understanding. His expertise encompassed even the smallest details about our desired switch types. Moreover, his superb communication skills and unwavering patience simplified our otherwise complex subject matter. The entire experience turned out to be an insightful lesson, thanks to Joe’s teaching inclinations.  Joe ensured we didn’t just fill our cart with switches, but also gained a profound understanding of their correct handling and installation. His dedicated service made us feel like an essential part of the Home Depot family.  A warm applause to Joe North, who merits not just five stars, but galaxies for his unmatched professionalism, extensive knowledge, and exceptional teaching ability. Exceptional job, Joe!

The preset features and longer hose sold me on the PCL001B 160psi high pressure inflator. One thing I did notice you can run it for 5 minutes and turn it off for 5 mintures to not over heat the unit.

They know how to treat a female customer - just like the male customers!! This is not very common!

Everything I was looking for was there

Courteous customers, excellent products, it's not taking you a half hour to find someone to help you like at other places. I was in the store a total of a half hour and had everything I needed and was leaving. If you forget something they send someone to go grab it for you quick that is so amazing! As a new homeowner they got my business permanently!

Manager Matthew Dowdle is very helpful, listens and works with you from start to finish.

If you go there you better hope you know what you want and that its where it's supposed to be . Finding an associate that gives a dam may prove difficult.

Every time I go into Home Depot, I am immediately asked by the first associate I see if I need any help finding what I want. Each and every employee seems to know exactly what aisle and shelf my desired items are located. Amazing!

The store does have the normal home building stuff but they have eliminated the vet discount unless you buy a smart phone and download the app.

In my current home much of the supplies were from Home Depot in Massena. It’s finally finished and a beautiful home. I am buying another home in a different town and all of the supplies that I want to put into it are the ones from Home Depot including doors and windows.
