The staff at this Home Depot are very knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly.

This store has the potential to be one of the better stores in the area with excellent employees, but could greatly benefit from better UPPER management, i.e., in hardware, I shopped for plumbing parts, but they didn't have what I needed, i.e, the most frequently asked for items were not provided to the store. In the Garden Shop, the perennials, roses, fruit trees and shrubs most often weren't hardy in our area (zone 4b) Not sure why that is happening. A no brainer. To bad. This could be one of my favorite places to shop with better UPPER management in these areas.

The product return area people were very helpful and solved my problem. The flowers that I purchased received many compliments from friends and neighbors and they asked where I bought them.

Massena Home Depot is my go to place for everything from home improvements, gardening needs, or general necessities such as light bulbs. I always get awesome customer service as well as amazing savings and clearance deals. I am always recommending massena Home Depot to my friends and family.

Every time I have shopped at the Massena Home Depot it was a VERY good experience. I've bought different items from small (command strips), to large (household appliances). I regularly ask for assistance to ensure I get the best item that suits my needs and each time have been extremely impressed with the assistance from asking what isle an item may be in, to getting detailed answers to all of my questions and concerns. Each time they have done it without making me feel like I am inconveniencing them, AND with a smile. Customer service, generally, has gone downhill since I started working 34 years ago and it's nice to go somewhere people "go above and beyond"!

People in this store go out of their way to help you and make sure your satisfied. We've been shopping here ever since we moved here in 2014. During this time we've spent thousands renovating the old house we purchased with home depot's help, we've mad it a home. Thanks!

John asked if he could help and I said yes I need a plumbing item and can' t find it; he quickly took to what I needed. Ryan superbly cut several pieces of particleboard for me. Thanks to both as the same me time.

Purchasing large/heavy building material is poor. If you are getting building material that you are picking up yourself requires a lot of man handling or getting the "fork lift team". Also the lumber is culled through and you have to dig through twisted and warped to get to anything decent. Getting someone to open another pallet is painful at best. On a different note picking up light bulbs and spray paint is easy, I would say on par with Walmart. Mail ordering is getting better and better.

The staff here are so friendly and excellent with customers and families. They always take the time to help you and make you feel welcome. They also willingly help when young ones are impatient and need some distraction.

Employees on hand today were extremely helpful. Can't thank you enough for filling such a huge order so quickly!

Every time I go to the Massena store for lumber the aisle's are always full and hard to move around, which is why I have to constantly ask for help because there is never stock. I have begun to go to neighboring stores for lumber because it is easier to get. I enjoy Home Depot and have only noticed this at the Massena store. I think some attention should be paid to these areas.

The exchange of the damaged tiles went very smoothly and without hassle. This made me trust the store policy on returns as bona fide.

I could not find any help and when I did they were not very helpful. One person knew nothing about a department and a cashier told me she knew nothing about the store. The service desk person sent me to the wrong department and the person covering the department I needed help in was not in the department and would not answer his pages.

Nice to always find what I need in stock at the Massena, NY Home Depot and even more important personnel are always greeting you and ready to help.

Keith was very helpful. My husband and I bought a fridge and flooring. He listen to us as we described what we needed and he allowed us to make our decision without being pushy. He answered any and all questions we had and make sure we understood the details of our purchase before we left.
