Best Home Depot in Atlanta.

I was working on a bathroom renovation and must've visited the store at least 5 times over the coarse of the weekend. Every visit I left satisfied. Tommy in rentals was super helpful with making sure I got the right equipment and knew how to operate it. Cory assisted me with picking up my online purchase and checked other Home Depot locations for items that I needed but were not in the store. Janice was super helpful with ensuring my shopping experience was comfortable when I started to build up more than one cart she allowed me to leave my items at the service desk to continue shopping. Ms. Moye processed a difficult return for me on one occasion and when I tell you she went above and beyond to get it processed even after Eric offered no assistance and dismissed the return. Dushawn processed my returns on another occasion and was so patient and helpful while shuffled through all the receipts to locate the items. I appreciated everyone so much. I have another bathroom to do in a couple weeks and I could just as easy go to the other store for all my needs but because everyone at this location had been so helpful and kind I will continue to shop here.

The associate welcomed me when I entered the store and went in line. He let me know they would be right with me. She was able to cancel my transaction easy. And I had a lovely conversation on an early morning. Good job.

I walked in, was greeted and went to the aisles that I needed. During my walk I was asked if I needed assistance. I was in and out within 10 minutes and had to wait about in minute in line. Evelyn the cashier was so nice and really made my day a little better.

I had the quickest and most enjoyable return at this store. This was all thanks to Ms. Moye who was in charge of the return. We had a great conversation during the process. She was lovely to me and my friend and even helped look up my confirmation code when I didn't have the receipt for one of my items. Was very happy with this experience.

So well staffed with helpful people

Every time I go into this Home Depot all of the employees are smiling, happy, and quick to ask you if you need anything. The store is very clean and even the bathrooms are nice. I find that at this home depot, I find more selections on items as well.

Great customer service, and the manager Tiffany was so helpful in assisting us with locating the items we needed. The store has changed for the BETTER. Also this location was stocked, clean, and organized.

They will not pick up the phone

Staff could not locate an online order on my initial pick-up visit to the store, so I had to make an additional trip to the store to pick up the item when they found it. Despite the inconvenience, the service provided by Mannetta and Jalen on the two separate trips was really great in the way they apologized for the inconvenience and handled a special price adjustment situation.
